    Bought a cement mixer. Missing major part. Don't even know if the thing is quality. It ** un usable.

    I bought a new lawnmower that wouldn't start. After trying all the recommendations from their website and instructions I attempted to contact customer service. I called numerous times and was on hold at minimum ***** minutes each time due to "high volume". I had called at various times of the day during business hours. AFter holding for a certain amount of time you are prompted to email their customer service which I did three times without no response. I even attempted to contact their sales department and got someone's voicemail. I would not recommend buying anything from this company and surprised stores even carry their product. Fortunately ********** is going to allow me to return or get store credit and they have been extremely helpful.

    I bought a $900 tiller didn't even get my whole garden tilled up and the transmission shift rod broke inside the housing. I contacted them on a wendsday they answered and wanted this and that for receipts. Once they received all that then I have been unable to get them to return a email or phone call. I have called them every day and left messages to no avail. The tiller isn't even a month old and hasn't done enough work to say so.

    I bought a self propelled yardmax lawnmower on March 4th it is junk I only used it twice and self propelled went out. I called customer service witch took a long time waiting on phone they said that the parts were on back order and I would just have to wait and they will not replace the mower. Don't buy from yardmax total junk. Now I have to buy a new mower.

    They will have no problem taking your money but as far as getting all the assembly parts your on your own and incase I confused you they will leave out parts that come with the item you bought then call you a liar awful experience just wanted to cut my own grass

    I have been calling for two weeks early morning and daytime. They NEVER answer phone calls. I chose option#2 #3 #4 and left VM a few times No phone call back. NO ONE ANWERS PHONE CALLS.

    I purchased my lawnmower in April 2021, I had to get it serviced last year. I didn't have any issues my mower is still under the manufacture warranty. I went to cut my grass the other day, my mower won't start again. I'm having the same issue as last year only this time it's not the oil line. I Lowes where I purchased the mower they tell me I have to call Yardmax because it's still under the manufacture warranty and the additional don't start coverage until next month. I'm transferred over to Yardmax, I tell the representative what's going on with the mower and I should be easy to find in the system because I had to have my mower serviced last year and I had my claim number from last year. We vary the product and she asked me to have the manual because it sounds like something is wrong with the recoil and they will send me the part so I can fix it. Then she was like it's very easy to fix. She proceeded to tell me what page I was supposed to find how to repair it myself, which she couldn't even find. I had this product for less than two years and had several issues with it including a broken handle which held together with tape at the moment.

    I ordered a Yardmax snowblower a few months ago through Tractor Supply and was sent the wrong hardware kit and manual. I contacted Yardmax and at first was able to get connected with customer service fairly quickly, they said they would send out new hardware and a new manual. I received the hardware kit, no manual. But the hardware kit still did not include all the parts needed for the snowblower. It was still missing a shift arm that was absolutely needed in order for it to run. THIS time when I tried contacting Yardmax again, I tried for days through their phone line. Each day I would be on hold for ***** minutes and the system would then prompt me to leave a message, which I did. No one called me back after leaving a message. I then went to the website and filled out the customer service contact request form, the "preferred" contact method according to the phone system. No one has contacted me back. I also replied to the original email I received from customer service when they confirmed the hardware kit had been ordered. No response. I EVEN emailed another email I found in the signature line of the customer service rep who helped me initially. Still no response yet. I cannot use this snowblower without this part, and I cannot get a single person to respond to my requests for contact.Additionally, I went on their website to look for their social media accounts to attempt contact there. The links on their website are broken, most likely because as far as I can tell they don't have any social accounts except for LinkedIn. It all seems fishy to me, I would not trust purchasing another machine from Yardmax when you cannot rely on customer service to assist with issues.

    Yardmax is the worst business I have ever had the experience to deal with. I had to take it in for repair. They did say I was under warranty and where I could take it. They have never responded to the bill I sent in. When I call they put me on hold and never come back. The blower it self rates a -0 on a scale of ****

    Trying to order a part online but you cannot chose an adress in ****** for delivery.Calling the customer service and she tells me her computer is down and that she will calle next day but never did Called next day and she said she cannot helpe in ******.I blame ****** as well for bring this brand to ****** with no customer service.
