    My yardmax lawn mower had a cracked rear baffle. The hole that was created caused the transmission box and several other parts to malfunction. I called yardmax and then sent in photos of the issue and through understanding and a great gesture yardmax customer service decided to replace the rusted out parts. Yardmax I was skeptical but you came through and delivered like champions do. Thank you for the great customer service.

    **************** was one of the best I encountered. I emailed a problem with my start/stop cable, within a couple hours they wanted a more detailed explanation, sent it back and within a couple hours a new one was on the way, no charge. It should all be this good.

    Great customer service. My company rep was fantastic. I told her the problem I had. She immediately discovered the solution to my problem and sent me a video to show me how to fix the problem on my end. After viewing the video, I was able to fix the problem. My Yardmax **** is working like a charm. Thank you so much!!

    Had issues with my push mower, parts came damaged. First couple of times using the mower it seemed to continuously fall apart. Didn't surprise me too much because it's one of the cheaper mowers out there. I reached out to customer service to request new parts to replace the ones that broke on me. Customer service was one of the better experiences I've had. With thier help we identified all the parts I needed. They shipped within a couple of days. I still can't speak on the longevity or build quality of the mower, but customer service was good so I'm please.

    terrible customer service has a Don't care attutidue.. product no good and they will not give me a refund after having only 93 days.. Has problems from the start on this gas lawn mower. The ******* store said their 90 day had expired, however Yardmax has factory warranty. Well they refuse to help.. want to repair, have me take to a shop(my gas) pay for the repair!!! then they will send me my money$$ back.. Really a $300.00 purchase and 30 days I didn't even go out side, in ***** where heat here over 1 month over 112 to 115 degrees with heat index!!! Im 68 years old and I bought a (thought) NEW mower so I wouldn't have repairs and trouble to cut my yard/ They need to be OUT OF BUSINESS for Ever!!!! Never never never buy this product in Our ************* of Amercia/Sad
