      Auto renewal policy is a scam even if the customer doesn't want to continue with them. You should have customer's consent before renewing or continuing the service. I bought a package online for 6 treatments and paid in advance and did not agree to continue the service nor signed a contract. I moved out of my place a year ago. I got the past due **** in my current address, but nothing before hand. No consent no service continuation, that's it unless you signed a contract.Example, you buy insurance policy for 6 months. Before it expires you get renewal letter and you have to make a payment/agree if you want to continue. No payments, no insurance. For Spring Green, they don't care. They come and do it, but did you ask me if I want to continue. You should change this policy. I wouldn't recommend to anyone!!! Had to spend few "unnecessary" hours on the phone arguing. Ended up paying the half of two treatments, that they claim "did", which they seem to offer to anyone in my situation.
