  I'm not seeing what these people who rated these people at with 3 stars and above claimed to experience and witnessed relating to lawn care by this company. Rather, I experienced this lazy guy who would come to my house that would sparsely treat my yard with the required amount of fertilizer given its size (He wasnt treating it). I had on numerous occasions contacted the front office about this and complained about it, finally after sharing photos with the owner showing how this guy KILLED my lawn did the owner personally come out to my location to try to salvage the damage. I wish I could share with you some of the photos of my yard that these people destroyed at my expense. I DO NOT recommend these people to work on your lawn!

  Spring-Green Lawn Care Corp., is a national franchise organization, that has over 45 years of industry experience offering professional lawn, tree, and pest control services.  Our standards are amongst some of the highest in the industry and we are well respected in the marketplace. The business that is the subject of this matter is independently owned and operated out of ***********, ******* and is not operated by Spring Green Lawn Care Corp. in **********, ********. While this complaint is not directed at the corporate location, it was received by us, and therefore we provide the below response from the independent business owner who personally reviewed the compliant.

  The account became active in 2021 under previous ownership. When the current franchise owner took ownership in 2022, an attempt was made to explain the business was under new ownership. Under the new ownership, we completed 7 visits for the customer throughout the year, and completed a fall aeration. We visited the property in October and spoke with the homeowner related to the condition of his lawn. Our observations concluded that the lawn's condition was of no one's fault, but that the lawn was dry, hard, and since we had drought conditions, with no watering application, the lawn was brown. We and the customer agreed to a reduced cost aeration as consideration, and the customer would lay down seed in an attempt to revive the lawn, however proper water techniques would have to be followed.

  This lawn service I ever had. I tried quite a member of the services over the years never was completely satisfied until the last two years with Spring Green .

  At the beginning of the season my yard was covered with creeping *******. Could not even see the grass. My yard had unhealthy grass and broadleaf and weeds. Now no creeping ******* the grass is thick and green. They text me they will be here the next day, show up and treat the yard. I do not have to remember when it was done last and call. Great service!They saved my lawn

  The neighbor had called spring green out to aerate mine and her lawns unfortunately they sent a person out that didn't know what they were doing. Both lawns where left with big 9inch holes dug out of our yards were wrecked. Both my neighbor and I are very mad still are. ??

  Weeds I dont even recognize are everywhere and out of control in our yard despite requesting they take care of it. Burn spots in several areas. Despite repeated reminders that it wont fit thru fate, employee continued to try to get motorized spreader in backyard. Went to get walking spreader and left! Left gate open repeatedly and dog got out. Will look elsewhere for service.

  Worst possible lawn care I ever had. Can't reach them by phone. And do NOT want my contract renewed. My yard has never oozed so bad. Left messages and called no answer. I wonder if the last time they came if they even did anything.

  Superior ********* transferred our lawn care services to Spring-Green. Since the season began in April, several broad leaf weeds and Crab Grass started showing up and remained despite they claim that they did the monthly fertilization-weed control sprays. Today I met the owner of the company and showed him these plants. He gave me explanations that are not convincing claiming that it was not his job to treat against crab grass. Their work is very sloppy and have no customer relations manner.I believe that they are not spraying the whole lawn or they are not using the right chemicals. Our lawn now looks very bad.

  Spring Green would like to apologize that we were unable to meet our customers expectations, despite the owners, Corys, visit to the lawn. **** did recognize that the crabgrass and bare spots were the main concerns with the lawn. Unfortunately, the customer set up broadleaf weed control and fertilizing services too late in the year to take advantage of Spring Greens crabgrass pre-emergent, which would prevent crabgrass from germinating and growing in the lawn, and so the crabgrass treatment was not included in the years services. Additionally, the services the customer did agree to will not fill in the bare areas, as only seeding the lawn can do that. Due to the customers ongoing dissatisfaction with Spring Greens services, we have refunded the customer and communicated this to them.
