  This company never listens. I asked to have the EXTERIOR cement platform of my generator sprayed because there was evidence of a previous ant infestation. A pair of technicians showed up, and rudely informed me that it was too cold to spray and they could not be held accountable for spraying INSIDE the generator. I tried to explain that what was needed was the exterior base - not inside - but they turned their backs and drove away. I have had issues with this company for years and only continue with my "total home pest plus rodent control program" because I cannot find another company to manage the protection in and around my home. It takes 3 or more phone transfers before I finally reach the "correct" department to discuss the reason for my phone call. They say you don't have to be home for their service visit but if you are not home to keep an eye on them, they won't do a thorough job and sometimes won't do anything except charge for the visit. I just want to warn anyone thinking of doing business with this company to think twice and keep looking for a company that respects and treats their customers fairly and with respect.

  Horrible!We used to be customers at our old house in *********** - we raved about them!Once we moved we took our lawn care company with us as we used them and really loved them.We referred them to our neighbors as well!This is our second/ third year using them and it has been awful!!!They don't show when they say they will. I received a text asking me to rate the service, when they hadn't even gotten out of their car (as I work from home). What if I wasn't home? Do they actually do what you are paying them for?To make matters worse our grass looks the same as it did prior to the service.Its unfortunate that all these companies just try to cheat and lie to get business.

  Very dishonest company. Charges for services not agreed end upon. Poor service technician talked on his phone the whole time. Did not spray half the yard. Would not recommend to anyone

  We have been a long time customer of ********************, *******, **. Service is bad. Last year they over fertilized and burned the front and back yard. **** over a month for a manager to come out. Manager agreed to aerate and reseed, Machine broke down in the back, tech did the seeding manually. This is a new season, tech came out and stated that the grass was bare and needed additional aeration and reseeding. NOT. I called 5 time (once a week to have a manager to call or come out and inspect. At the present time they have not called or come out. I have since cancelled service. DO NOT GO WITH THEM. POOR SERVICE

  DISRESPECTFUL EMPLOYEE. We were long term customers of Spring Green located in **********, **. On December 4, 2023 my 71 year-old wife went outside to speak with the service technician to ensure the application would be applied to our ******** next to our residence. The Spring Green employee was very rude and disrespectful to her stating in part "don't you have anything better to do than watch me". Other rude things were said to her and my wife apologized for speaking to the Spring Green employee. We called to report this problem to the office and the person in the office never apologized for their rude employee of stated the employee would be spoken to about his poor attitude and people skills. We canceled further service appointments because we refuse to provide any money to a company that hires and employs such disrepectful employees.

  Poor customer service. Communication with the technicians was terrible. I paid for a package service that was supposed to start early spring. After several weeks of zero communication, I called corporate because I couldn't get through to my service area. I was trying to cancel but nobody contacted me after several attempts. Finally someone came out (I believe it was at least 6 weeks of waiting) I work nights and sleep during the day so every time they called to let me know they were coming I had to wake up and give them the lock combination and explain which gate and that yes, the entire side yard is my yard and needs to be treated as well. The entire experience has been extremely frustrating. I paid for this service to take something off my plate but it ended up being a nuisance. To top it off, I received a phone call from a representative asking if I wanted to use their pest control services. I said that I didn't know and would need to speak with my husband first. The woman on the phone simply hung up on me! Way to go Spring Green! I would not recommend this company to anyone.

  Poor customer service, does treatments that you have not requested. Does not respond to phone calls. My lawn always has weeds. My lawn was been damaged by his equipment treatment was done when lawn was soaked by 5 days of rain!

  They tell me when they are coming and they are conscious of my dog. I'm very satisfied with their work.
