      snt2110 snow blower is worthless. you push by hand like a snow shovel only heavier. did you ever try to push a snow blower UP an inclined driveway. you should see the neighbors laugh as I slip and slide all the way up. who would make such a machine. better yet what idiot would buy it? I didn't think anyone would make something so cumbersome to use so I never thought of it before buying now I have a $750 machine that is practically useless. Buyer beware.

      I purchased a reconditioned ego electric chainsaw. It started once when it arrived. The next time I went to start it, it wouldn't start. I returned it for another reconditioned saw of the same model. It worked for a while, but I discovered that the automatic chain oiler was defective. My authorized ego repair center returned it to ego. The repair center has called ego multiple times only to hear that a replacement is in the queue. I called ego as well. Same response. The saw was returned to ego on Feb 2, 2024.

      I purchase my expensive $800 EGO Power Plus lawn mower LM2167SP on August 5, 2023 and used it about 4-6 times before it stopped working. After multiple 22+ failed attempts calling ************** to reach someone they never follow up on calling me back on the status such as ****** and Roja. I called both EGO Power Plus Warranty and ******************* and my case has gone back and forth where EGO Power Plus said they sent the parts and ******************* said they are awaiting parts from EGO Power Plus . After 2 months of frustration no one could provide a straight answer on when my mower will be repaired. Today Jan 31, **** **** *** said a supervisor will call be back today. Awaiting....call back. All service reps who answer the calls are always in a rush to put me on HOLD right away and quickly want to hang up instead of helping solve the problem. EGO Power Plus is one of the worst companies to honor their warranty as I am still waiting over 2 months to get my $800 mower repaired and returned to me. EGO Power Plus does not seem to care to honor their warranty because they already have our money. Tell all your friends and family never to purchase anything from this company who makes these in ***** and Chervon makes a killing on the profits and ***** can make more nuclear weapons to destroy ***************** to rule the world!!

      I went down the Ego battery tool rabbit hole ( leaf blower / mower / and snowblower). The blower stopped working under warranty took 3 months for it to be fixed and now snowblower went down today and have been on hold and waiting for a call back 2 hours. Its still under warranty but, if the timeline is the same as the blower I will see it sometime in June its now the middle of January. Two out of three of their products have now failed. I'm second guessing my decision on my purchases. Now what do I do? I have a a lot of money wrapped up and do not have dependable tools.

      Terrible customer service for a Brand New 2 Stage Snow Blower that is unusable with a broken Gear and cracked gear box assembly.Customer service unable to sell me a part since March of 2023. Still under warranty...Calls get unanswered!!!????

      Prior reviewers are spot-on. EGO does not honor its warranty. They must know there's a defect with EGO leaf blowers, which seem to fail well within the first year of use (and while under warranty). Rather than honor the terms of its warranty EGO evidently trains its customer service reps to give you the run-around, demanding documentation only to then demand more. When they get the sales receipts, they ask for additional information about the seller, and then refuse to "verify" the reseller (including Amazon sellers). Then they put you in the "resolution" category so you have to start all over again.

      I had one of their very expensive snowblowers for over a year and encountered a pretty serious problem with the transmission. Ive been on the phone with them for over a week with still no resolution. They are trying not to honor the warranty and trying to send me to a repair center. That is four hours away from my house. Even the managers dont care. Thinking about getting an attorney involved.

      I was turned away by ego for a defective battery under warranty when it was new three years ago. ******* said it charged and operated (but did not hold charge) and to call back if it keeps doing it. I dont have time to keep testing a defective battery, or wait 1hr + to talk to their terrible support team so I ignored it. Fast forward today I dusted it off and it wont charge at all. They told me to get bent because its out of warranty now. I got no use out of the battery and the company clearly doesnt stand behind their products.
