      *** had my ego mower for only 6 months Blade will not engage. Will Require new electronic board. Warranty is fine, but ego needs to remedy this or they will go completely bankrupt.

      Battery stopped charging after 10 months. I gave the *********************** valid serial numbers and sales receipt. They sent me notice my warranty was good and all setup. A day later ***'s ******************* said they will not honor the warranty because I bought it at a lower price than the industry standard. It is not my fault I got a discounted price. Now they wont honor the product. Turns out EGO has a small set of sellers that set specific prices on their products so it is the same price no matter where you buy it. Be warned you will not get a warranty if you get a discounted price. They honor the partnership of the sellers to keep the prices high over their actual products. They have a very bad business model. I had to leave 1 star since I couldn't leave zero stars.

      Product failed within warranty period. Called several times, supplied receipts and everything they asked for, but come to find out the seller it was purchased with via Amazon is "unauthorized" so this company will NOT stand by their product and fix it under warranty. I fail to see how their downstream distribution channels are the consumers fault - they are solely a manufacturer, this is a legitimate product with verified serial number and receipts of its purchase. Just fix the **** leaf blower. It took weeks and multiple phonecalls and emails to find out they will do nothing, and I am still left with a lemon of a product. Buyer absolutely beware.

      Have tried to register my leaf blower on line with no success and have called 4 times and have waited on line for 2 hours each time. Left message each time to call back. still waiting

      Horrible customer service. Battery failed after 3 months. Finally got through to customer service and warranty claim was processed. Replacement was a no show after 4 weeks. Now I've spent literally hours trying to follow up.I purchased the products through Ace Hardware, guess I'll take a run at them, but this is ridiculous.I've been a fan of EGO products for years, but no more.

      Very much similar to what has already been said in other reviews. After 2 seasons of sporadic use of leaf blower, battery failed, and replacement cost of another battery is approximately $175.00, not exactly a cheap item. So, followed all the protocols for a customer service complaint and just like other reviewers, terrible experience. Wait time was ridiculous, then got a person, probably somewhere deep in ***** that I could barely understand and kept asking me "stock" questions. Does Ego actually care about customer service? I doubt it. Eventually was told I was eligible for a replacement. That was ***** of 23, it is now going for December 23 and no battery has shown up and I highly doubt it will. I now have replaced the useless tool with a Stihl blower, and now have access to an in-person, real live business owner who actually cares! "STAY CLEAR OF ANYTHING EGO"

      Terrible/No customer Service.I have called three times for warranty service all within the past two weeks for the my issue. My new chain Saw Charger has stopped functioning after four months. On hold FOREVER. Tried leaving a message...no one ever calls back. Tried holding my place inline and they would call me back....no one ever calls me back. Last time I held for 1.5 hours and...guess what....no one picked up and no one called back. There is essentially NO customer service.This was an expensive item. They need to be held accountable.

      Fraudulent! My first charger, purchased in 2019, exploded on our back porch in 2021. I sent it back for a replacement, and another was sent. When that charger failed, another was sent in 2022. Now, this third charger has failed. When I FINALLY got in touch with customer service, I was told that the warranty from the charger purchased in 2019 had expired. They based the warranty date starting with a charger that BLEW UP! AND...when looking under My Account/My Tools...every single charger had the SAME SERIAL NUMBER! So, I am assuming that they just repaired my first charger and kept sending it back when it failed. **************** replied that my assumption cannot be true, but I'm going by what is provided by the ******************* I wish I never started down this path with Ego products! I have filed a case with the BBB. I can see why Ego has been rated an F!

      EGO is absolute garbage. STAY AWAY from this company! No customer support, waited on hold for hours, they try to give you a call back option and NEVER call you back. Lowes and other companies should not be selling these products with zero to no customer support.

      ***'s self propelled 21" mower is the worst product I have ever purchased. Self-propel stopped after a year of use (20 mows), and it has been in the service department (an hour away, not where I purchased it) from August 2023 to November 2023. Numerous calls to the service store (another Ace hardware store) and to EGO tech support (call center in **************?) have proved fruitless.After charging me an up front $50 charge to look at a mower that was clearly under warranty, they are holding my $650 mower as hostage until I pay them more money for not even fixing it! They claim there is no problem, but they did not test it in warm conditions on an actual lawn, only in a parking lot behind a hardware store on a much cooler day in the Fall (they did not look at it for 5 weeks). I've had 8 "tickets" opened and closed by ***'s so called "help" desk, yet nothing has been resolved. Within the past 3 months the service center has replaced the manager and technician, so now I have a new manager to deal with. He was very pleasant, but even after he promised me to prioritize my problem it has been 2 weeks with no phone call. At this point I am going to try to retrieve the defective mower and post a video on ******* of me crushing it at a local scrap yard to show people what they get with Ego's so called 5 year warranty.
