    I purchased a print from iCanvas, the color didn't quite match my decor. I emailed iCanvas requesting a return label, according to the return policy I had 60 days. 4 minutes later I get a response from a **************** Rep by the name of *************************. Thanks so much for the quick and courteous response **** ... best online customer service I have ever received! My husband and I are in the process of redecorating, this was my second piece from iCanvas, will definitely be making future purchases.

    Excellent ***************** The canvas we ordered just didn't workout with or furniture and colors in the room. The refund service was extremely QUICK and EASY. Overall a Very professional service experienced.

    I recently purchased an item from iCanvas. My recent purchased did not fit in with the rest of my deco as well as I thought it would. I emailed customer service and the very next day heard back from them with a solution to my problem. ****** was so helpful and got back with me with all my questions. I have purchased several times with them in the past with no problems with my purchase, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I was very happy with how I was treated and the quick response I received. I will continue to purchase from them in the future, not only because they have a large selection to choose from , but because of how they helped me with this issue. I highly recommend them!!!

    Wonderful website for art. I ordered 4 lovely canvases that were delivered within a week to my home. When 1 of the 4 pictures ultimately wasn't a fit for my home, ************ from support responded quickly to my refund request and went above and beyond to make me happy. My experience with ******* was excellent.

    I am very contented with the quality of the canvas prints. This is a great company with affordable artwork for wall hangings. There are numerous venues and categories to choose from. I highly recommend this company!

    I purchased an item on iCanvas but unfortunately it was not until after my order that I realized I selected the wrong size. I contacted their customer service to request to cancel the order and get my payment refunded so that I could re-order/place a new order. I received a quick response from ******** whom assisted me, and was very friendly. She made sure to complete my request in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend conducting business/purchasing from this company.
