From the ease of the ordering process to the timely and very well packed delivery of our art, we couldnt be more pleased. We ordered canvas and framed art that we are proud to display in our home for both the quality of product and the professional framing. Absolutely disgusting. The floater frame canvas I ordered came way too soon. So much for this company "crafting to order." The canvas itself is cheap and so wobbly, it moves simply by breathing on it. Black striation marks were left on the canvas from the hard bubble wrap that "allegedly" protected the canvas. The floater frame has a very wide gap between it and the canvas itself. Quite amateurish. I am an artist and bought this for the picture itself for my wife for our 38th wedding anniversary. This thing is awful. Even more disgusting is that there is NO telephone customer service - as mentioned by many other reviewers, so an email was sent stating my displeasure. I doubt very much anything will be done as I asked for some sort of credit. I won't take the time to send it back. Oh, they provide long screws for handling but no hooks. And no instructions though I know very well how to hang professionally framed artwork. I'd give NO stars if it was possible.

More fraudsters sending green-tinged c*** canvas prints that look wrapped by a 3rd grade shop class. **************** is email only and appears to be a one-man show with some jokester named "****." Terrible communication. Takes several days to hear back. No resolutions, wouldn't arrange a *********** and stated they would send *** labels to send back the huge canvas prints - then "****" never sent the labels. Avoid this place.iCanvas.com
