    canvas prints arrived without damage.They were just as described on the site. I love them and can't wait for my friends to view them. I will be ordering more canvas prints for sure.

    We havent received the order yet, but ************** was speedy to help me correct an error in the delivery address. ******** dont put in an error, but if you do - check back to your account or your internet history to dig out the order number before the sun rises the next ****************** will assist.)

    I placed 3 recent orders with icanvas. I was ***** as the only correspondence was through email but my orders arrived promptly and the tracking was easy to access. One print has been returned and, a representative (******), has followed up with me promptly on the return as well as the reimbursement back into my account. I feel comfortable ordering from icanvas again!

    I had an order that was damaged in transit. **** responded to my email message describing what had occurred with a quick and effective response. He had my order replaced and on its way promptly.

    Fantastic costumer service! Responded to my concern within minutes and was able to assure me that everything would still be sent out on time, and explained the confirmation or order number comes in an email once the package has shipped.

    The art was exactly as advertised and beautiful. I did think it seemed loose when it arrived and reached out to customer service. They answered very quickly within an hour and provided me with a link to the care and maintenance. Once I saw this I realized they provided the customized insert to stretch the canvas. It was overall a great experience and I would purchase through iCanvas again.
