  I had Illinois Energy Windows & Siding replace some windows in my home. The new windows are an excellent quality product. The workers arrived on time, did an excellent job installing the windows, cleaned up completely after they were done, and finished in a reasonable amount of time. Overall, it was an excellent experience with this company.

  The sales *** was knowledgeable and helped to narrow down the best options for us. Measurements were accurate and once the door was available, installation was scheduled quickly. The installer did a great job and made sure every detail was attended to.

  I have ordered multiple windows several different times. Each time I have been very open with them from start to finish. Communication is great, customer service is very good, and the finished product is as good as anyone. You get what you pay for, so this is not the cheapest route, but so far, it's been money well spent for us. Definitely happy to do business with them and would recommend giving them a look on your home project.

  We decided to replace our front door and selected Illinois Energy Windows & Siding. The experience from start to finish was top notch. The day of installation was very thorough from prepping the area, removing the old door, and properly insulting before installing the new door. The installation team were on time, courteous and informative of every step in the process. The team made sure to throughly clean up before leaving.We are so pleased with the craftsmanship of the door!!! And we get so many compliments.We recommend Illinois Energy hands down.

  Illinois Energy (IE) has worked on pretty much our entire house and we have loved partnering with them. We have had all our windows, front door, back sliding door, egress windows, and soffit/fascia updated over 4 or 5 projects. The sales **** ****, was always very respectful and honest. He never pushed any projects that we weren't interested in and was incredibly knowledgeable about all the products IE offered. While it may be unusual, I looked forward to doing projects with Illinois Energy partially because I so enjoyed getting to know **** and building a friendship with him that went beyond home improvement projects. We also looked forward to working with IE because of how efficiently they worked when at our house the quality of installation of the products. My father-in-law was a career builder/********* and he was always impressed with the trim and molding work IE did on the windows and doors. While IE will not be the cheapest option you can find on the market, I don't believe you will find better value for your money. The products and the work installing them were very high quality and there is no way to beat their lifetime of the house warranty. That might sound too good to be true, but we had after a window project we noticed one of the screens had a corner which had come loose from the frame. We called IE and within two days they sent someone out to just fix the one window screen! Whether it has been a project manager who has come out to get information for a job or the staff in the office over the phone, we have always dealt with great people who made us feel valued as customers. I generally agree with the saying, "You get what you pay for." However, with IE you get far more than you pay for in the quality of the products, the quality of the installation, and (most importantly) the quality of the people you will work with. I couldn't recommend IE for your home improvement jobs any more highly unless ****** would allow for more than 5 stars.

  From my initial contact with my salesman, to the customer service **** and installation crew, I was very happy With this company. All of them were very professional, helpful, and friendly. I am very happy with the final product I received, my windows came sooner than expected. The installation crew was meticulous in their work and cleanup.
