Professional and friendly staff. My door was installed in a couple hours. Very satisfied with my new door and Illinois energy. Would definitely recommend this company.

It was a pleasant experience from beginning to end getting a new double front door and storm doors.We received our estimate with *** and he took their time to really explain everything in detail. The installation of the doors took 2 days and ***** was wonderful. There were several things that happened where he had to pivot and do things different but he kept us informed the whole time. ***** also took time after the install to explain everything we needed to know about the doors and answered our questions. We are very pleased with our new front doors and the Illinois Energy,definitely recommend and we will be using them again when we need new windows and/or patio doors.Illinois Energy Windows & Siding, Inc.

First of all, our sales person was not pushy, very knowledgeable, and confident about his product. He listened and provided us with project estimate that met our budget. Project timeline was about 2 weeks shorter that expected, which thrilled us. The installation team was clean and professional; I couldn't have asked for a better outcome. We love our new patio door and are so happy we chose Illinois Energy Windows & Siding. We will definitely call them for our next project!Illinois Energy Windows & Siding, Inc.

From the time we walked into the showroom looking for a new front door until our final installation things went extremely well. This company is very informative and we love that everything is done in the states. Our salesman, the measurer, and our installer were professional and the completed product is phenomenal. One of them even helped me with getting a small cabinet door to hang even on my new build it yourself furniture filing cabinet. Spending time on something that wasnt related to him is service you just dont see anymore. When we met with Garrett, we were only getting estimates for the future because we were getting married and hosting a reception at our home in 2 months. Garrett worked with his team to make the install happen before the reception. Everything was easy exactly as Garrett had planned. Our estimate process was smooth, financing was easy, the staff was friendly and professional, install scheduling happened as we planned, and the install team was fabulous as well. We had a window, sliding door with transom, and storm door installed before our wedding no clean up or extra work on our part. The quality of the products are top notch and the end results are beautiful. As we continue the journey to replace the aged and failing builder grade materials in our home, we will definitely be using Illinois Energy again!Illinois Energy Windows & Siding, Inc.

This is not the 1st time that Illinois Energy has done work for us. As for a fact, we've been so happy with their work, we didn't ask anyone else for a 2nd quote. We needed a new front & back Door and we were educated along every step. ***** was our installer and he is FANTASTIC! ***** is a true craftsman; he paid attention to every detail and kept us informed each step during installation. I can't give enough credit to ******* professional work ethics! We will only use Illinois Energy!Illinois Energy Windows & Siding, Inc.
