We had a great experience with this company. They came and measured our windows quick and easy. Then the installation was smooth. They did a great job, nothing damaged and the window fit great. We can totally tell the difference.

Just wanted to give a shoutout to Illinois Energy for the awesome job they did on my new windows, fascia and soffit!The sales **** Garret, was super helpful and made the whole process easy to understand. This is my second time working with ****** and he has made the process painless both times. I have now installed just about everything Illinois Energy offers across my first two houses.The guys who did the installation were great - showed up on time, worked fast, and left everything clean. The fascia and soffit have really made my house pop. Replacing the old wooden features with wood grained aluminum was a great choice. And the windows! They look amazing and my house already feels way more comfortable.If you're thinking about getting new windows or siding, definitely check out Illinois Energy. We had another great experience with Illinois Energy. This was our fourth time using them and as always, they did a great job! This time we had 2 windows and a sliding door ***laced in our walk-out basement. The sales *** was friendly and responsive to all my concerns. He made sure to leave additional notes for the installers. The install went smooth. This was a one-day project and the installers took care to keep things clean and tidy. After everything was finished, they walked us though the features of our windows and doors and made sure that we were satisfied with the work done. We have lived with their products now for 10 years and Im happy to say we have never had any issues. These are quality product made by a great company.Illinois Energy Windows & Siding, Inc.

Illinois Energy installed 3 exterior doors for us. They delivered a great quality product by a highly skilled installer who faced unique challenges with 2 of 3 doors. Illinois Energy was also the most affordable with the best warranty package compared to two of it's competitors. Lastly, customer focus to rectify inconvenient situations sets their standard high from a business ethics perspective which I cannot truly say if their larger competitors would deliver.Other than a delayed installation date and installer scheduling with a two day job taking 4 days during 3 different weeks, we were satisfied with their service and would definitely consider utilizing them again in the future.Illinois Energy Windows & Siding, Inc.

I am truly disappointed in trying to work with ****** at Illinois Energy Windows & Siding. ****** scheduled a patio door appointment for my townhome. My husband, whom I recently married, couldn't attend the meeting at 10 a.m. today. Other vendors have not encountered this problem.They told me they didn't want to visit my townhouse for the quotes, which I purchased several years before getting married. Without my husband being available for the meeting, I would like to know what the difference would be if I were just a partner or a roommate. I would not recommend anyone looking to purchase doors or windows due to the poor customer service provided an hour before their arrival. As you stated in your review, it is true, our company asks to meet with all homeowners and decision makers of a home. This is common policy for most home improvement companies. Any companys purpose in a policy of this nature would be in the spirit of consolidating efforts, giving proper targeted advice, and providing the most accurate estimates to our potential customers. Many times homeowners dont realize the number of decisions that have to be made to price projects like windows, siding, or doors. Like many things you can buy in life, there are many options, and they all have different costs associated with them. When we meet with all homeowners and decision makers we are able to price the job most accurately to all parties tastes. We are also able to answer all parties questions comments and concerns. We do understand some peoples schedules are difficult due to work, family, and travel. This is why we offer meeting times Monday through Saturday from 10 AM up until 8 PM. That is about 60 hours per week we are available to give estimates. We hope we are able to accommodate most peoples schedules with those hours. We had three front windows replaced by Illinois Energy. All the staff that we encountered was friendly and was willing to answer our questions. We were kept up to date on the progress of our windows being made. The installers were punctual and efficient. They took care in their installation of the windows and our house surroundings. When the job was complete, the installers took the time to explain how the windows operated and left the area clean. We are pleased with the window quality and are quite happy with the dual option of opening the windows from top or bottom. We had our sliding patio door replaced by Illinois Energy. Beyond a high quality door that glides open and shut with a smooth lock, theres a whole professional team that stands behind it. The crew that installed the door did an excellent job. They really took extra time to make sure it was perfect. Its so nice, it has motivated me to start fixing up my house, working out from the door, because I want our house to match the quality look of the door. It sounds silly but I actually enjoy going in and out of that door because it glides so smoothly as opposed to the old door. The warranty is what really sold me initially and the fact they have an established actual physical location lets me know theyre going to be there for any after-installation needs. I highly recommend Illinois Energy and look forward to working with them for future projects.I know theres companies out there that will quote you for less but youre taking your chances with them. To me, its worth working with a professional company that has an excellent reputation which wasnt built overnight. Installers showed up on time. They removed the old windows and installed the new ones in the estimated time that we were given. They also showed us how to use the special features ( locking and tilting to clean). There was a follow up call after everything was complete.
