  I have had 2 other companies replace windows, Illinois Energy is the best. No prep work required of me, they were clean, quick, professional, and the windows look great and really keep out the cold.

  Great experience from start to finish! They were quick to schedule initial consultation. Office staff very friendly and eager to help in any way. The workers were efficient, neat, and professional. The job was excellent and we couldn't be happier with the quality of the windows. We had them do our kitchen door a few years ago and were so pleased with the work and the door quality we had them do our window replacement. They also were always very quick to answer questions. Definitely recommend!

  From customer service to install, ******************************************************************** and ********************** are some of the best people to work with. **************** is responsive, keep you informed every step of the way and are some of the nicest people you will meet. The install team was fast and professional, cleaned everything up before leaving and had the project done in under 6 hours. The products they have are some of the highest quality I have ever seen. We had their sliding door installed and it is smooth like butter and sleek. Not bulky like other sliding doors. Overall the best bang for your *****

  Outstanding company to do business with. **************** levels throughout the process exceeded my expectations and all employees were engaged and ready to problem solve when I encountered a potential scheduling glitch - which did not occur, but nice to have a back up plan in place just in case.Installer was phenomenal and walked me through the steps he would be completing and ensuring the house was spotless when he was done. His level of detail both in educating me and his craftsmanship showed me he is a master installer and truly enjoys his job.

  We got 3 smaller windows installed to replace our very old and drafty ones. Our new windows are easy to open and close, we love the safety locks and they are already less drafty in this cold weather!! The install team was small and came out two days. Both people were conscious of keeping our house clean and taking their shoes on/off. We had a great experience with installation. The quality of window is also a huge improvement from what we had and we will be using Illinois Energy again in the future when we are ready to replace more windows!

  I highly recommend Illinois Energy Windows & Siding. The installer was on time, very professional, cleanup was excellent, and the instructions for maintaining the sliding deck doors were clear. The installation of the doors was in late November. My indoor plants required that the room temperature must be +70 degrees. The installer took great care in protecting these plants. Thank you.

  I recently had my front door replaced by Illinois Energy Windows and Siding. The whole process from ordering to installation went really well and I am amazed at how well it turned out.
