    Terrible! Beware - they are so far the worst scam I fell for. Misinformation and overcharging, unprofessional. They came to our house on Saturday afternoon and got us into signing a year contract. The story they told didnt play out as promised, and when you want to cancel they charge an arm and leg, on top of ridiculous charges for the mediocre service. Dont fall for it, I wish I googled the company before signing, their opinion is bad almost everywhere.

    After having their services for over 2 years, we continued to have problems with pests. When we tried to cancel the service, the conversation went in circles, with the representative continuing to try to talk us into staying with them. After 3 calls, waiting for a return call, then calling agin, the rep hung up on us. The technicians were fully aware of the issues we were having and we were told the problem was solved, when it clearly wasn't.

    This company sold service to my 80+ yr old father in law. He's been trying to cancel, but they don't make it easy. I thought it was cancelled, but he's back on the schedule for tomorrow. They want 24 hours notice to reschedule, but don't even give 24 hours notice that they're coming. They're charging $199 per quarter, which is ridiculous, but the fact they make it impossible to cancel service is the real crime.

    I was out and out lied to by Eco shield!(We had Aptive before this and that was a waste), so the eco shield guy comes to the door promised me they were reputable. That Id be charged every three months for service and about 15 days after paying the first **** Im getting another ****!! This is such a scam! I tried to talk to someone on the phone and she said I owed another 250 bucks if I quit their service! This is not right. When I signed I made sure they put a special note on my contract so I could get out of their service if something like this occurred they of course lost that contract and have no recollection of it! They are trying to charge me and itll probably affect my credit score because I refuse to pay someone who has to trick people out of their money! How do I get help getting out of this!?!? Im so mad at myself for trusting a door to door sales person! What was I thinking!? My advice to everyone else is DONT DO IT!

    This company contacted my 89 year old mother who her alzheimers and talked her into having pest control service done at her condo, which she dosen't need. When I found out they charged her debit account $80 for her first treatment which she isn't even sure happened. I called to have her service canceled and now am being sent an invoice for $250 because she canceled her service. This is a predatory com[pany and should not be trusted!
