    Rate is a 0 I cancelled our contract last summer. Needless to say, I found I had two accounts which I was unaware of. I gave them card information to close out account. They were charging me $216 to cancel this contract? Again?Today, they called me saying my card didnt work and need to pay. Why are they calling. 4 months after my last contact with them? If they didnt get a payment, why was I not called immediately to take care of this?Customer service was not willing to disregard this charge which I find ludicrous.I feel like I was charged again for something I thought was done in November. They also stated they tried calling which they did not.Terrible communication and resolution to this problem

    I would rate them at 0 stars if I could approached me in my house with their services, I explained to the agent that hey I need your service but I dont want a long term contract. Yeah sure go ahead and sign here and you can cancel anytime . I called them to cancel and told them that I was moving out of my house with my family due hardship, said yeah but there is nothing we can do right now lets push your schedule to ******** called them again now early December and they asked if I can take them with me to my in-laws house and continue their service out there I said thats crazy but thanks for offering will not take it. Hang up with them and found that theyre demanding $150 to close my account. Absolutely fraud company that I would not only not recommend but Ill make sure my entire neighborhood is aware of their scam

    We still have pests. They lie and say they show up but that we are not home. **** our 8 security cameras plus 2 ring doorbell cams with video backed up to service date and our 3 loud a$$ barking Pomeranians say ya didnt show. We indeed were home. I contact them over and over and over about still having pests.NOTHING. But oh, miss a payment and theyll blow up your phone and email. We cant take it anymore. At this point it serves the same purpose (and would be more fun) to go out in the front yard and burn the money like sparklers on the 4th of July.

    Moved into new house in the ************ IL area had the usual insects from the place being empty for a while. I had one of their **** approach me and sell me on their service. I gave them a shot and over the coming days it made no difference. I got bit multiple times while working around the home and saw no change in the amount of insects. Felt like I was sold snake oil and when I called to cancel they hit me with a fee that wasnt disclosed to me during the sign up. On top of this $150 cancellation fee the billed me twice on the same amount. Maybe from the first time I called to cancel and were still sending me notification that they were coming to spray my house? Id stay away its definitely not worth the headache on top of the product that doesnt work.

    The sales representative ******************* STOLE my wallet THEN used the stolen card to charge for service. The company was notified on the 2nd day to cancel the account they refuse to refund. The contract contains a 3 day cancelation limit. They ae aware the charge was made on a stolen debit card. The actual theft was caught on camera. Search camdenreiser TikTok DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY AS THEY DO NOT RUN BACKGROUND CHECKS ON EMPLOYEES or CONTRACT EMPLOYEES.

    The soliciting from them is obtrusive and unfortunate. I have a clearly posted no soliciting sign on my door in ******* IL. A sales rep still came to my door and rang the doorbell along with knocked and waited in my yard for a long period of time before finally leaving.

    I believe this company borders on criminal. A representative came to my house, which has a no soliciting sigh, and duped my wife into getting what she thought was a one time treatment. Then month later another person showed up to do another treatment. I told him not to proceed and I contacted the company and they informed me that my wife, undenounced to her, had sighed up for a year contract. I told the to cancel and they said it would cost $274 to cancel. After much wrangling she finally agreed to pay 150. I would recommend that people should stay away from this company.

    An agent come to talk to me today. He said that he will give me a $200 discount and not charge me the full price because his trucks were already in the neighborhood I was not told that there is a cancellation fee if you try to cancel when you are not happy with the service. I was also not informed thats its 4x a year and that you have to pay $187 quarterly. Very deserving and trying to pray on young families. I was lucky I cancelled before the Crevice was provided

    Scam! SCAM! Scam! Their smooth talking and well mannered sales people will entice you into purchasing a package, they will awe and amaze you with the guarantees. They also will encourage you to sign quickly and that there is no need to look deeply into the contract they are showing you on their iPad screen, All of what they just did was evil. The service does nothing to stop pests from entering your home, their hours are unreasonable, and their rate is criminal. When I tried to cancel my service, they made me pay $300 to CANCEL. Do not, no matter what you do fall for their lies.

    Never look into using this company, you'll regret it. We reached out to this company because we had a terrible fly issue inside our home. The guy on the phone spent so much time repeating himself about what a great deal he was going to give us and kept raving about their services and the deal they were giving and said they would put us down for an appointment to check out our bug issue but prior to I HAD to let them have my credit card on file which I was not comfortable with but they swore up and down they would not charge the card until services were performed at the appointment but we explained that prior to the appointment we would go back to the house one more time to see if the fly issue had gotten better. We messaged the bug guy letting them know not to still come because the fly issue was getting better from the spraying we were doing so not to come. The company still came and performed services which is how they are trying to justify that "we signed and went into the contact" and on top of it, we had family at the house because we weren't there and the bug company sprayed the wrong house, the sprayed the neighbors house and were there for literally like 3 minutes. Then we argued they refund the money but also not to come back because we didn't want them to still come in the first place and the guy was on the phone with me for 10 minutes trying to convince me then to do services as preventative measures and I explained we are not interested at this time and yet they still came back again for a "quarterly" service and charged us again and have ever since argued that we signed into a contract and had services performed so therefore we owe the money and refuse to rectify the situation and have been ******** us ever since for the money that we should never have been charged in the first place. Our bug guy won't answer our calls or messages which I think is very unprofessional and sketchy. Worst experience
