I was with Shred it for about 1 year with my new business. They overcharged for services they did not provide and we have been receiving bills from them for over a year now for services they have not provided. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY or it will continue to haunt you for years. We have been using another company Underground Storage who has been consistent reliable and don't charge us for services that are not provided.

HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE, UNFORTUNATELY WE HAD THE EXPERIENCE OF INCOMPLETE SERVICE OF EMPTYING PAPER RECYCLE BINS FOR A LOCAL HOSPITAL IN ********. THIS COMPANY'S MANAGERS NEVER PICK UP THE ***** WHEN CUSTOMER ASK TO SPEAK TO ONE. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, WILL NOT HOLD UP THEIR END OF THE BARGAIN IN REFERENCE TO SERVICE CONTRACT. THE CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE DID NOT KNOW THE NAME OF HIS MANAGER, I WAS GIVEN THE RUN AROUND OF A CONFIRMATION OF A NEW SERVICE DATE FOR THEIR NEGLEGENT ERROR. RISKY AND SHADY COMPANY. LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICE. UNBELIEVABLE, PEOPLE JUST WANT THE MONEY, BUT REFUSE TO DO THE WORK REQUIRED OF THEM, UNACCEPTABLE.Shred-It, a Stericycle Company

Worst customer service ever. Their billing software got updated last year & several of my offices stopped receiving invoices, then all of a sudden we got turned over to collections. We made several attempts to call & resolve but no one could help. They then showed up at a 2nd location of ours ( not on the same **** as company#1 ) & took the bin with no comment. When we called we were told it was repossessed because of the past due **** at location #1. I'm at location #3 I started calling on Jan 20th to get my service canceled due to all of the above. No one from Shred- it has stepped foot in my office since December yet I'm getting billed for service that supposedly was done in Feb. I have 6 case # from where I've called in trying to get this resolved since Jan 20th with no luck.Shred-It, a Stericycle Company
