  I signed up for a lifetime account with PC Matic several years ago. I recently bought a new Dell Laptop and went searching for a security provider. Recalling a few good experience with PCM over the years and frankly not remembering I could sign up 5 devices I began the process to purchase another subscription....They advised me that I had a plan and my new Dell was covered. I had some technical issues and guess what. Within minutes I was in touch with a technician in MIDDLE AMERICA. U S A who I could understand and she me. We resolved the issue in under 20 minutes. I bought a HP printer at the same time and had set up issues. After 95 minutes I was in touch with a Pacific Islander and after 42 minutes of "what" "I can't understand what a detailer is" "can you repeat that again" I gave up. I got a call back from "HP" about 30 minutes later and like a dumb (donkey) gave up my personal and computer data. What a freaking mistake. PCM'S use of United States residents fluent and logical in American English WILL always be my choice for their service

  I have been very very pleased with the excellent support I have received from PCMatic through the years. It does not matter what help I need they have always answered in a timely manner and very professional way. My machine has never been compromised since I have had their care.

  I have been with PC Matic,Inc. since 2021 and have never had a problem with them and when I needed to know about something they were there to explain it to me. I had a pestie ad that kept pop-up very irrtating. I reported it to them and they walk me through with very easy instructions that in fact resolved my issue. They are a # 1 company as far as I'm concered. Also the best price one you can get.

  I swear by PC Matic and their staff. They respond quickly to questions and needs for help. They are understanding, competent and they work with you until your troubles are solved. I will continue to use PC Matic and refer them as long as I have web enabled devices. 5 stars isnt enough to represent my trust and appreciation.

  I have had a problem with pc matic not loading up and not scaning i have ask for help for months had nothing but trouble with this not scaning ther has been no ansers when i have sumited the last tickets this seems like a scam or fraud when i first got it 3 years ago it was great now there is no service and it don,t work

  Was charged several times due to site not functioning properly then the app needed for Android was not available in APP store and 3 weeks later still isn't! A complete rip off!
