You must be a techie to download. When I had problems all I got was recorded messages.Customer Support is nonexistent. It seems the support system is constantly down for technical maintenance.Not once did a real human being respond.Review fromJoe C

I didn't realize how many problems I had or how to fix them until I got PC Matic. I ran the scan and saw things that were new to me so contacted support and they gave me suggestions how to address my issues. Completed them and now have a system that is the best in years. **************** and support second to none.PC Matic, Inc.

I have had a lifetime subscription to PC Matic for several years and feel it is the best money I have ever spent on any support. The few issues I have had (and I do mean few) have been resolved professionally, accurately, and quickly. Their staff always is polite and knowledgeable. They respect that their customers are not computer experts (or the customers would not need them) and may need some explanation of instructions when their software does not give the expected results.
