  PC Matic is all the quality they claim to be I knew they would be so when I joined in 2017 I paid the $150 lifetime price and it has been worth every dime l have saved then in 2022 they started a $100 per year 24/7 help with anything service and they have helped me with several connecting and networking and setup projects through my 3 computers and my cell phone! I highly recommend them for virus protection and computer support

  A few years ago I got a lifetime subscription to PC Matic and I am so glad I did! Since then, I have had no issues with viruses. I did however have a couple of issues with aggressive pop-up ads by McAfee and others. It took only an email to PC Matic for help, and they responded in less than one day. Their step-by-step guidance that solved the problems within minutes. I am so glad that I got the lifetime option instead of paying every year. A Happy Customer

  I have been using PC Matic for a very long time. The reason I'm a loyal customer is simple - the work they do and have been doing makes it easier for me to do my work without worrying about all the boogies that are out there and increasing exponentially these days. I have probably only contacted the techs or admins less than 5 times since they opened their doors several years ago. In todays environment, I cannot say that about ANY OTHER COMPANY WHOSE PRODUCTS I USE. Thank you for that!~ Finally when I have screwed things up royally, the techs are patient, responsive, and level no blame on me, when certainly I was at fault. They produce a product that is nothing like anything I've tried over the years, McFee, Norton, and lesser known tools to protect my computers. These guys are THE BEST in the business. Period.   Linda C Can't tell you how much this company means to us. We are way up there in age and not as tuned into computers as the younger set. We signed up years ago when they first started advertising and we love it. Even as we put on age we know that they are there to help us when we get a little lost. Just bought a new computer and wasn't doing something right to add it on. Sent out a help message and within 24 hours had the answer. Followed the easy to read directions and everything is up and running. To All at PC Matic thanks from the bottom of our old hearts. Thanks for treating us like we have someone working there.   I can, in truth say, that P C Mastic gives me peace of mind. I know that my computer is protected and cleansed of all kinds of 'scuff' that doesn't belong in my computer. Being of an elderly age, this kind of comfort is very pleasing to me. Thanks so much for being there for me. Sincerely Don

  I have been using PC Matic for 9yrs. I have never had a problem that was not thwarted before I even new about it. PC Matic is extremely reliable. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could. Great and friendly customer service. The price for the service is WELL worth it.

  I loaded PC Matic on my computer a 10 am. It blocked my business programs so I'm down. I've been contacting them for 6 hours with no response from their support. How do you leave customers hanging for 6 hrs? I emailed them to keep my money and just fix my computer. No Responses yet. Absolutely the worst.

  PC Matic is my definitive assurance of all things related to IT guardianship of my personal computers that I could never do myself. PC Matic's summary report of my computer's performance, security, patch management, driver updates, and more is the perfect, most relevant, factual evidence I could ever expect, yet does not overwhelm. And it has always been easy to contact their reliable world-class customer service. After first trying many other very disappointing IT security "wannabes", I have been using PC Matic for years now, and would not look any further. They truly are the best in the business.

  I purchased PC Matic, Inc January 5, 2019. I have it on my Desktop, Laptop, Tablet and Phone. It has protected me from opening things I shouldn't. I really do depend on them to keep my equipment running and no attacks. They check it every time I open my equipment. Several months ago I added the PC Magnum. I am so pleased with their support and their service.
