********************* District Sales Rep- ******** Home Warranty, **** Has been great to work with. He was honest in describing the plans available and when I had to file a claim, he helped me through the process. True customer service! Everyone that answered the phone as I worked through the claim process was professional and provided good service.

My washing machine stopped working. I called Home Warranty. They gave me a local place to call. I made an appointment for the next day. He came assessed the repair, called and got the ok to proceed and 2 hours from arrival my washer was fixed! Very quick and easy!Home Warranty of the Midwest, Inc

Ive had mixed thoughts on working with Home Warranty. Theyre typically quick to respond, but youre also at the whim of who they recommend. In the most recent issue I had, the technician they recommended would go days without responding to me. When he couldnt fix it, I explained the issue, and Home Warranty understood and referred me to a new group who provided same-day and next-day responses and fixes. Ultimately, it took me 6 weeks to get my furnace working reliably.Home Warranty of the Midwest, Inc

The sellers paid for the first 14 months of the home warranty when we bought our house a year ago. Had the water heater go out less than a year into owning the home. Home Warranty, *** was very responsive and worked with us every step of the way. My rep *********************** was amazing. Our realtor bought us a year of the warranty with Home Warranty when we purchased our home. We never thought we would have to use it 3 months into living here, but we did. Our water heater quit on us on a Sunday and I called thinking I would have to leave a message, but there was a representative ready to help me. She took down my information, and told me who they have listed as a known technician and said we could use our own if we wanted to. By Monday evening, we had a new water heater and all we had to pay was a small fee to the technician for coming out, they handled the rest! They are super easy to work with and very efficient with getting claims settled and making customers happy.Home Warranty of the Midwest, Inc

We moved into our house two weeks ago, used the dishwasher 2-3 times in the first week nd then noticed it stopped mid cycle with drainage issues. My wife contacted HWI to get service and have the issue resolved. After diag, pump required replacement. My wife called *** and the lady on the phone told her that since she told the first person she contacted that the dishwasher was not working after being asked a very vague question, they documented it as it not working since the day we purchased the house and would not be covered. The entire situation was extremely upsetting to my self and my wife. This company is a scam, they will trap you into denying claims with simple questions, or wording and make it seem like their claim denial is complete sufficient. We had a home inspection completed, showing it was working, now we are in limbo until they review the initial call in. Don't waste your time, patience and definitely your hard earned money on this scam of a company. They will steal your money and leave you hanging when you're in dire need.Home Warranty of the Midwest, Inc

All items must be in normal operating condition at the time the warranty takes effect. The conversation with the homeowner verified that the dishwasher was not in working order when the warranty was in effect. We do apologize for any inconvenience.
