      We hired HIBU for our digital presence this past summer. They built our website and have managed our SEO and advertising. **** has been wonderful to work with and customer service has been much, much better than who we had been using previously. Since hiring HIBU, we've noticed a higher level of service work come into our business this winter, which has allowed us to keep all of our staff busy during what is normally our slow season! With HIBU working for us, now we are gearing up for what we expect to be a busier than usual busy season! Great work, HIBU and ****! Thank you!

      Amazing! We joined HiBu by the default action of them acquiring/absorbing what was our current website host. Staff at HiBu are completely on top of tasks and implementing them quickly. Our personal account manager ***** is Top Notch in every way!! Concerns are listened with patience and care to and solutions are in place immediately, by end of day, or at the longest in a few days.Also - our exposure and website intersections have gone up - Way Up overnight it would seem!! Valley View **** is being seen and responded to by community members 10 fold from where we were (hardly found) near the end of last year, 2024. The app version and the online page are suited well to coax interactions from new prospective clients in the **** services space! The sections and subsections are designed to have the client interact with a clear call to action at the base of each section. Our website landed phone calls to the company main line, email requests and even text communications have gone up exponentially even with our "keep it organic" low ad spend budget.. of which we will add to later - spend where the best ROI shows returns, yeah?!!All the great work to build up our new website was mostly done for us by the HiBu design team with very little help provided from us (pics, phrases, details) as we have been overwhelmed in setting our attention to other moves that we are making as a company - many moves and changes in compounded timelines and by them taking the reins to move swiftly into a great finished produce without much input from us - this has allowed our attention to stay on what we do best - they handle the online site build, exposure and traffic management while we handle growing and tending to the needs of our community members - HiBu Rocks!!We are so super pleased ..having experienced more than one bad host and site manager we have the real life comparisons to know we are in the right place with HiBu as our front page.. website host and management company!!

      Thank you for speaking with us regarding your concerns. We understand that you were concerned about our ability to fulfill our promises. On 09/23/24 when you agreed to the advertising, a SOW (Statement of Work) was emailed to you that listed the expected results of the program. After a thorough review, we found that your products have exceeded expectations.  The Social ads averaged ****** impressions and over 81 clicks per month, which exceeded the expected results of 40 website clicks.  Based on that information, we have found all your concerns to be in order and have emailed you with a direct number and email,should you have further questions or concerns.

      I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the handling of our ongoing concerns over the past 18 months. The responses we have received from Hibu have been dismissive, unhelpful, and, at times, unprofessional. Implying that our issues are insignificant, nonexistent, or untraceable suggests either a lack of concern or competenceboth of which are unacceptable.On or around November 5, 2024, we discovered that the phone number listed on our website was not functioning, with callers receiving a message stating the number was no longer in service. This marks the second occurrence of such an issue. Previously, we explicitly requested that no tracking number be added to our website, instructing that calls be routed directly to our primary phone number. However, contrary to our explicit instructions, a tracking number was again added.After reporting the issue, a customer service representative reviewed the recordings, confirmed the problem, and eventually removed the incorrect number, redirecting calls to our actual phone number. While the issue was ultimately corrected, it caused significant disruption to our operations.These errors have happened 2 other times during the 18 months and has disrupted our operations and undermined our confidence in Hibus ability to manage our online presence effectively. Other incidents we did our best to work through them with HIBU Past incidents included the websites contact number directed calls to the wrong party.Form submissions that were erroneously sent to customers instead of our business.These errors have disrupted our operations and undermined our confidence in Hibus ability to manage our online presence effectively. These outages had a direct and adverse impact on our business, resulting in lost opportunities and revenue. Over the past 18 months, we have paid Hibu approximately $24000, and since nov 5 we have paid other companies another ****** to fix hibus errors.
