HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!I OWN A WI BUSINESS AND ********************** OFFERED THE BEST SERVICE AROUND BUT DID NOT DELIVER!!! THEY DID NOT HAVE OUR DISPLAY ADDS RUNNING FOR SOCIAL MEDIA WHEN THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO AND STILL CHARGED US.OUR HIBU REPRESENTATIVE BELITTLED US WHEN WE ASKED GENERAL QUESTIONS ABOUT OUR CAMPAIGN.Hibu Inc

We appreciate the chance to respond to your issue. On 08/02/24 when you agreed to the advertising,you had also agreed to the SOW (Statement of Work). After a thorough review, we found that your products have exceeded expectations. For your Search product we would expect an average cost per click of $25.48 with a Click-Thru-Rate greater than 1%. Your average cost per click was $9.16 and the average Click-Thru-Rate was 3.2%. The Display program had the expected results of ****** impressions and 210 Clicks per month, you averaged over ******* impressions and an average of 384 clicks per month. The Social with a traffic objective should receive 180 clicks per month, you averaged 219 website clicks. Hibu talks a great game but does not provide the results for the fees paid. Assistant product, which allows a company to email or text market to their customers, is very rigid. It only holds the customers personal name, email and 1 phone number. There is NO option to add company name or customize in any way. When you have thousands of customers, it makes it hard to look up a customers file when you don't have the company name. There is only 1 template to send a marketing email. In this day and age, that is unacceptable. While I was happy to receive more ****** reviews, Hibu's system randomly sends out requests for reviews. However, customers who gave a review 4 weeks prior, were asked more than twice if they would like to give a review. This is just over done & annoying to my customers. I ran a social marketing ad every month. And even though HIBU's tracking showed the thousands of impressions, I never had 1 customer that mentioned that they saw an add or purchased because of an ad. Bottom line, Hibu's software is too generic and rigid to provide the benefit we needed for the money we paid. Lastly, they have a ridiculous clause in their contract that states that you need to cancel your service 15 days before your next bill or you get charged for an extra month. All that did was **** me off and make sure that I will tell every business owner that is looking for marketing services to NOT use Hibu...nice job to whoever approved that!Hibu Inc

After a thorough review, we found that your products have exceeded expectations. The Social with a traffic objective averaged 136+ website clicks, which exceeded the expected results of 50 website clicks per month. Did a mediocre job. Wasn't the worst wasn't the best with social media ads that our company has used. But when you want to cancel they will not let you. You can't pay a cancellation fee or anything. They will bill you in full even if you have paid current for services rendered and simply don't want them to continue performing services because it was shotty work. They are a scam.Hibu Inc

We appreciate the chance to respond to your issue. Our records show that you had requested to cancel,however, you are still within the terms of your 6-month contract. A request to cancel can be made after the May 23rd invoice. We have attempted to contact you in hopes of discussing your account further but have not been able to reach you. On 07/23/24 when you agreed to the advertising, a SOW (Statement of Work) was emailed to you that listed the expected results of the program. After a thorough review, we found that your products have exceeded expectations. Social ads with a lead generation objective would have the expected results of an average of 12 form fills per month. Your Social ads have averaged over 16 form fills per month. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE ABSOLUTE TRASH!!!!! This company did NOTHING for our firm whatsoever, other than take over our existing, well developed website, added their own phone number for tracking and when the contract ended, they took everything down. DID NOT turn the website back over the way that they found it. These digital marketing companies are the worst. Our firm has used 2 and they were both USELESS!!!!Hibu Inc

Thank you for speaking with us regarding your concerns. We understand that you were concerned about performance results. When we partnered with you, we provided a Statement of Work. The *** stated the Search would have a Click-Thru-Rate typically >1% with a Cost-Per-Click of $25.27. The *** also stated the Display would have 27K-40K impressions and ******* clicks monthly. We exceeded expectations for the Search with a CTR of 10.6% and CPC of $2.08. The Display averaged 83K impressions and 261 clicks per month. We understand you were also concerned that Hibu did not restore your original website when you canceled Hibus services.We suggest you contact your website designer to build a new website and repoint your domain. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We have been happy with both our website and our marketing plans. But, if I'm being honest, we had a little adjustment period with representatives who either quit or did not follow through. As a website customer of ********************** for many years, I have enjoyed working with their team. As a horticultural consultant and landscape designer my website is is an important tool to display my landscape designs, photos and provide educational information for my prospects and clients. I edit the website myself as I add new projects and information and find the website extremely easy to maneuver and revise at my convenience.
