      We have been with OTR since late 2019. They have been excellent to work with and do their best to get our loads processed promptly and in the bank the next day. If I have any problems (and they are few and far between) they do everything needed to resolve them in a timely manner.

      OTR solutions is the worst company to use for factoring. All of their promises are a bunch of BS. They have refused to do business with my company a year ago and still has renewed a contract that they refused to abide by no other broker nor factoring company will pay you unless OTR Terminate your agreement I have sent in several request for contract termination yet they refused to terminate. I have requested QCC filing to be terminated. They are blackmailing me asking me to pay $125. I owe OTR zero dollars but yet they hold my company hostage and we cannot get paid from anyone , I filed a formal lawsuit against OTR. I suggest you save yourself a headache. OTR solutions refuses to do business with my company but yet still renews a contract every year and prevent my company from being able to factor with another company or being able to get paid from another broker we have a zero balance with OTR and oh them no money yet they refused to cancel our contract or cancel the ** This is put a big dent in our operation so we have filed a formal lawsuit

      No issues so far on any invoice, been 4 years since the first invoice and I am happy with OTR factoring and the fuel card as well. Kimi and Team always respond and are very prompt on communication.

      I would leave no stars if that were possible.To terminate an agreement, I must provide a 90-day notice of termination. I confirmed this in Oct 2022 and mailed the notice on Nov 2, 2022.On Jan 11, 2023, they claimed I owed them $900 because the broker said the load was delivered to the wrong location on Sept 16, 2022. This is dishonesty and if any common sense was applied, I don't understand how it takes 4 months to notice such! After much back and forth, they sided with the broker, and I was forced to pay the $900.On Dec 15, 2022, I emailed to confirm receipt of the termination request. Mr. ******* responded that because it wasn't received exactly at the 90-day ***** it could not be accepted. Although there had been no subsequent business, they kept the contract active until I reached out on Feb 12, 2024.I resent the termination notice from Nov 2022. They stated that I must wait another 90 days. I waited, then called back in May. After several communications, I received a useless "notice of assignment release." This did not end my association with them, as they made UCC filings under my name in ******** and *********. These filings only benefited them, yet I am being asked to pay $150 to have them removed, as if they are doing me a favor. I didn't request the filings, nor was I notified of them. I was informed that I could do it myself for free which is still time-consuming and it isn't actually free to do myself!The contract was for a year, yet they made the filings from 2022 to 2027. Now I have to figure out a way to remove these filings, taking time out of my busy schedule. I will!Stating that I am displeased with OTR Solutions is an understatement and this is my best attempt at a civil review. Excited for my final good riddance.
