      I started my business 3 years ago and have been with OTR since the beginning. They are phenomenal people to work with and have excellent customer service. If an issue arrises, they are quick to communicate and work to rectify the problem. It is an extra added benefit that they team with the *** board so I can filter loads to those I know are factorable with OTR and save those precious seconds having to broker check a load. This can make the difference between grabbing a load or missing out.Special shout out to Team *****! They've been a pleasure to work with and they ROCK!!

      I've been with OTR over five years and have not had an issue. The customer service is outstanding and they're always willing to assist you with knowledge of services they provide. I'm so glad that they're able to see if a broker is in good standing with all this fraud going on these days. I highly recommend them as you will not be disappointed.

      OTR is the best. The excellent customer service they provide is phenomenal. Every call is a live human, and you are never bounced around from person to person. Fuel advances are always granted within 3 to 5 mins of request. They advance up to 50% of the invoice submitted. Their fuel card has the best discounts. You will never pay full price for fuel again. I have been with OTR since Nov 2022 and have never looked back. You can choose to get paid same day. Even on holidays, OTR still gets you paid. They offer a variety of financial solutions. With OTR your fuel tank will always be full, and your cash will continue to flow. I'm glad we chose OTR. I can't see this company operating with OTR.
