      Ive been with OTR solutions for a year. I want to get out of the 3 month contract I signed and they are refusing to let me go, even after the contract is finished.

      First off, WORST factoring company you can choose. You sign up and your manager is on vacation. SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL for a first time client that just signed up. REGARDLESS of any circumstances. The manager who filled in for her, gave me a bunch of wrong information. Manager comes back from honey moon and cant return any of my calls. I finally get her on the phone 11/3/23 at 9:36am (BEFORE 12pm cut off time to submit invoices ) to verify if documents were uploaded correctly she verified yes everything was uploaded correctly. I also ask if she can verify if my pay out option is on bolt she said I can do it on the app SMH! Comes *****pm and all my invoices are rejected because of "duplicate rate con" Mind you they paid over $12,000 with same rate con. 14 invoices paid out with same rate con but today there's a issue and it cant be paid with "duplicate rate con" So I talk to my managers , managers and because of their IRRESPONSIBITY they want to part ways. Not only were my invoices dedicated lanes. (Which means because of managers ***************************** and ***************************** lost a client that was paying a dedicated 3.7% for every load) Not sure what OTR is going to do but because of their employees they are losing money and will continue to lose money. PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME FROM HEADACHE AND FACTOR WITH RTS! RTS is waaaaaaay better than OTR

      ?? ?? WARNING! ?? ??DO NOT DO FACTORING WITH OTR SOLUTIONS !!! (EXAMPLES WHY ) 1. In a case where you get Double Brokered by a company they APPROVE , THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU FIND A SOLUTION. They will LOOK AT YOUR RATE CONFIRMATION SAY THEY CALLED THE SHIPPER AN IT DIDNT BELONG TO THEM. AN THEY HAVE YOU FIGURE IT OUT ON YOUR OWN THEY WILL MAKE NO EFFORT TO FIND A SOLUTION FOR YOU 2. If you send in your PODs ab Rate confirmation an for some reason the broker didnt get it on time, they will tell you its your fault for not sending it as well even tho ITS THEIR JOB TO DO SO ! An they will charge you with no hesitation 3. IF A SHIPPER CHARGES YOU A LATE FEE AN ITS UNFAIR AN YOUR FIGHTING IT OTR SOLUTIONS DOSNT CARE THEY WILL GIVE YOU A DATE TO FIGURE IT OUT AN IF YOU DONT BAMB ! ANOTHER FEE THEY CAN CARELESS ABOUT 4. If you send in more than one POD at a time and are detailed with saying all bills are clean, no lumper fees everything is good. They will still send you an email hours later asking you is all the paperwork good ? is there any damages, just so they dont have to pay you that day 5 . ONCE TOU FINALLY GET TIERD OF OTR AN CALL TO CANCEL THEY TELL YOU THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THE CANCELLATION FEE IS .THEY ALSO CHANGE THE DATES ON WHEN YOU CAN WRITE THE LETTER TO CANCEL WITH NO FEES SO THEY STILL CHARGE YOU 6. ONCE YOU TELL THEM FINE CHARGE ME I JUST DONT WANT TO WORK WITH YOU GUYS ANYMORE, THEY WILL LEAVE YOU ON HOLD FOR HOURS SO YOU HAVE TO WAIT OVER THE WEEKEND OR HOLIDAYS AN THAT WHERe I AM NOW ON HOLD WAITING FOR MY FEE TO GET RID OF THIS DREADFUL COMPANY ! DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR DONT GO THREW WHAT WE WENT THREW WITH THIS COMPANY GO ANYWHERE ELSE HERE ARE SUGGESTIONS YOU GO WITH ******** Capital -3. ******* 4.       I factor with otr and they are garbage . Waiting to get my contract canceled . I would recommend all owner operators to not do work with these dummies

      I've been with OTR from the start of my business and they've been pretty great. If you have any problems all you have to do is call them or send them an email. So far so good. Customer since 2020.

      OTR has been good to my company!!! My Rep ****** and her team are the absolute best!! She always available to answer any concerns that I may have, and they always help solve any Issues the I may have with a Broker. I really appreciate the level of service that is provided!!!

      Horrible service! They do not care about your business. ***** and ***** are a pair of kids who's feelings get hurt and terminate my contract because they can't hear the truth. Would not recommend OTR to anyone new or old in the game! They take for ever pay your invoice when is supposed to be a 24hr thing takes weeks! Horrible service.

As a result, unfortunately, we were unable to approve the requested authorized user but this did not hinder our ability to get the carrier paid in a timely manner. We are currently working to assist the carrier further and maintain the best service levels possible.
