    ********************* came to my house and even when I told him I can't afford the bug service. He kept coming back. Finally he went to my neighbor and trashed me because I wouldn't purchase the product. I tried to tell him the lady he was talking to with all the kids would probably purchase the product then cancel after the spray and complain to get it free. If he comes back in the neighborhood I will call the authorities. No soliciting means what it states. He was very fake. He turned cold on me when I said I would think about it.

    A salesman came to the door with the same tired story of "a neighbor uses us" claiming the neighbor was on vacation and he didn't want to "waste a trip to our neighborhood or waste the chemicals." He continued to stand on my porch for almost 15 minutes even after I REPEATEDLY told him that I had pest control service I was happy with, that I wasn't interested and I wouldn't be making any decision at that moment to use their services. Because my children were in the front yard playing, I could not just turn around and close the door.He continued by making claims to lower the price (never clearly stating what price he was lowering or changing the number up and down frequently). He made claims that he could rid my entire half acre plus yard of ants and NEVER HAVE ANTS again. This is Georgia, that's not going to happen.He made claims that ALL chemicals they used were safer/different/better than any chemical any other pest control would use (he has no clue whom we use). That all chemicals used were completely safe for pets and children to be on right away, etc. He continued by saying they could come back and service tomorrow if I just signed up tonight. Even after saying OVER and OVER again that I was not going to be signing anything, making any decisions tonight that it was not the right time (we had company, kids were out playing etc). I was about 30 seconds from flat out angrily demanding he step off my porch. I probably should have already done that about 5 times over. Even if I was remotely interested in switching to Ecoshield, his pressure tactics, outright lies and refusal to listen to my requests and statements that I was not interested guarantees it is a company I would never do business with. He then asked if my neighbor would be interested, I said no and he went there anyway. Sorry, neighbor. Reading all of the reviews and complaints after the fact is a great reinforcement of my decision. Too bad BBB reviews are not tied into *********** reviews.

    Had a guy going door to door claiming to be doing work on a neighbors home which was a lie. Gave me a fake name and said it was on my street. He was doing the same thing with other neighbors using other street names.

    They sent a technician to my house without me scheduling the service. They have done this several times before, I could not be there at the time they scheduled and they would not reschedule at a time when I would be at home, They informed me they had cancelled my contract and they are billing me for the remaining balance on my contract, The amount they are billing is for services they did not complete.. Their customer service reps are outside ***************** and very difficult to communicate with.I DO NOT RECOMMENd THIS COMPANY, THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE,

    I asked them not to send anyone to .my house but they sent them. I did this because I have complained about the guy not spraying only dropping solution on my floor. They're not spraying. Now they want to charge me for service I didn't ask for. Right now I want to cancel my service.

    This company has very bad business practice. They have door to door sales people who go to the extent of forging signature. Their billing department and customer service is horrible. They cheated me out of over $500. I take the blame of not reading the fine print. So I paid $500 for my stupidity. Please stay away from this company.

    They don't complete the services. I've had 3 treatments and 1 Inspection. 1st treatment was the day they sold me the service. 2nd treatment they showed up and treated the out side of home but did not come inside. I had to call the company to get them to come back and treat inside. 3rd treatment was the same experience. They do come back if you call them, but I am forced to call them if I want the interior treated. This is a waste of my time. The last visit was separately scheduled for an inspection which supposed to include inspection of "your attic, foundation, exterior and interior of your home for pest entry points, conducive and moisture concerns." Additionally, they state in the email/text that "if you have an inspection scheduled for your home, please plan on meeting us at your property. This will allow our inspector to review their findings with you at the end of your appointment"...which did not happen. We were home and available. The technician never asked to come inside nor did they review any findings with us. He walked around the house and left. Their inspection supposed to include inspection of "your attic, foundation, exterior and interior of your home for pest entry points, conducive and moisture concerns." They call this a "free service" but nothing is free. Cost is buried in the fees. I am frustrated that they leave without finishing the job and I have to take time to call them, reschedule, and be here AGAIN so they'll treat the interior of my house. And yes, they are going to charge me a cancellation fee of $150.00 for their inability to fulfill the contract obligations. There are better companies that have less hassle and do what they say they are going to do. I am going back to my old service provider.

    If I could give zero stars I would! In May, one of their salesmen came up to my new constructed home in a new subdivision claiming that my neighbors used their service which was a lie and claiming I had insect eggs. He basically pressured me into using the service while saying I could cancel at anytime without a fee! A random guy got out of their truck and just walked around my house and randomly sprayed the windows on the back of my house. They were at my house for 5 minutes. When I went to cancel, he tried to pressure me into keeping the service and not taking no for an answer! I called EcoShields customer service and they gave me the runaround and said I have to pay $300. I told them I was not happy with the service and was pressured into it. I was told it would be waived. I didnt trust them and did a chargeback on my card. Today, I get an email saying I owe a balance of $300 or they will send it to collections. This companys sales tactics are fraudulent. Avoid them at all cost!

    I am so disappointed in this companys lack of professionalism, and how unethical their process is. *************, a touted Supervisor, stopped by my house soliciting Ecoshield pest program. Told me he was in the area offering a FREE trial spray. Was polite but extremely pushy, and would not take no for an answer. Pushy to the point where he started walking around my yard and when I confronted him, he addressed certain pest concerns that he saw that they could be addressed. I finally agreed to let them do their free spray as he was going to address some ********* ants that he saw on my deck. I told him I was not interested in a contract, and he assured me that I could do this on a month-to-month basis and cancel at any time, WITHOUT PENALTY OR ADDITIONAL CHARGES. Since his technician was in the area, he asked me to sign on his little pad to authorize the single treatment. Little did I know that I was signing for a full year. I took him at his word only to find that it was an utter lie.. The biggest disappointment is that I actually gave them a fair shot. I found during the process that I really didnt see any improvement on the areas that he promised their product was affective. I also ended up having to address a charge for a planned service that was never completed. I was at home that day, awaiting their arrival, only to get an email noting a charge for their service that day. When I called to address this with the local office, I got told that he mustve gone to the wrong address and that they would rectify it and send somebody out right away. They did finally get this done, but it took three different tries to get this done. I have made 4 phone calls, trying to cancel this program to no avail. They all tell me they understand my situation, but theres nothing they can do. I am done with this and ask that they follow thru with their promise to cancel the entire service with no addl charges. I hope their management team does the right thing.

    In june 23, 2023 My 87 year old husban was approched by 3 ecoshield tech in our front yard asking to treat our yard, house etc for $169.00 , the treatment they asked for the payment to which I wrote a check for their fee. The teck then asked my to sign his electronic device., I thought I was signing for services rendered, and services paid type of deal. Little did I know at the time, that I was signing a subscription for more treatments, I received a call from a woman asking for another $169.00. I told her that I had already paid for the initial treatment and tried to cancel their sevices they say I signed a contract. Since then they have been calling, e-mailing, sending letters to turnover my account to a collections agentcy. I do not plan to give these people any more of my money! I am in the process of exploring my options, we cannot let these people continue to exploit us surely they need to be stopped. ***************************** **
