    This company will lie to you just to get you to sign up. They told me I could cancel at any time but to wait until after the 2nd treatment before making a decision. Well when I tried to cancel, they gave me all kinds of trouble. They didnt even do the 2nd treatment and have charged me for 3. They said it would be a $50 cancellation fee which I would gladly pay. I then finally confirmed with customer service that they canceled my account. Then found out they never did nor did they refund me the $179 for the treatment they didnt complete. Now they are sending me emails saying there is a past due payment. They owe me, not the other way around. Needless to say, this has been a nightmare of an experience. They lie and are stealing from me and now are threatening me. I do NOT recommend doing anything with this company.

    I loved the service at first. But after the first few months the exterminator came to my house and set in the truck the whole time and never served my home. After he left I was charged for service.I called and made a complaint after he did this on two separate occasions(one never spraying and the other two only spraying outside the house). He stated that he knocked and no one ever came to the door which was a lie because I was at the front door waiting on him. They gave discount on the next service, but it happened again. I completed my contract and asked to cancel my service. Well after 3 months I got a text to come out to spray again. After speaking with the customer service rep letting her know I canceled my services a few months ago and I no longer needed. them she stated that I would have to talk to customer service to cancel, which I already did. They just tried to charge my card again, I'm livid!!!
