    Many times, I must wait for items that they stated was in stock, only to find out it was not, so I never know when my order is complete. I don't like at all having to check invoices from months ago to see when an item or order is fulfilled.

    We apologize for any inconvenience you've experienced from an oversold item. In order to provide the largest variety possible, we sometimes use vendors to fulfill items. These orders are fulfilled on a first-in basis and, unfortunately, can sometimes result in an item being unavailable.

    Only store I have ever dealt with where they take a train listed at 100, claim to have not tested it but inspected it (?) INCREASE the price and then try to say its as is with apparently a straight face. Make the white elephant table at a train show look like a well oiled machine. I have been buying trains for 4 years now and this is the WORST experience Ive ever had. And I once had the tucks on a gg1 fall off as i opened the box. But that one was for far cheaper than list price so no issue. These guys are crooks and cheats.

    The selection of Marklin models in your stock is wonderful. Every year, several limited-run models are produced, but it is difficult to purchase all what I want every year. However, you have numerous old Marklin models, which makes me feel secure.

    This business is my go too for model trains. Most of my models has came from here and the staff is great. My only complaint is there is my wish list keeps growing and not being able to buy everything I want. I recommend trainz.com to anyone. From beginners to enthusiasts. Great prices and great evolving invitory.
