    My father bought a $1500 train and they said it was shipped Friday 11/18/22. ****** simply lied to us. They did not even have it in stock. Why state to someone that the item is in stock and shipped when it wasn't??? Look somewhere else for your train needs. In the email they claimed they are reviewing their warehouse system but this is the 3rd time this happened to us. We give people chances but 3 strikes in you're out.....

    I am trying to resurrect a 70+ year old ****************** Set that has been boxed up for over30 years. So far, so good, but I am really glad I found TrainZ for parts. Them have been very helpful and I have been satisfied with what I have received so far.

    This was my first experience doing business with Trainz.com. The products were fairly rated for value. The items shipped were well packed and arrived on time and undamaged. Very good selection and the website allows you to target your searches. For me post war S guage.I collect a certain era of American Flyer and the one thing I would like is that if you could buy a certain car or numbers of cars without having to buy the entire group advertised. I am planning to do some selling soon and will be giving their service a try.

    Everything is as it should be except for the shipping charges being high. At least the items are packaged very well. The description of the items is spot on. Maybe a break on shipping for multiple items purchased at the same time? You currently give a break if the items total $500, but that seems quite high.Thanks

    Trainz is all its supposed to be but just as I`m ready to buy- I look at the shipping charges!- Not necessarily their fault but living on Long Island the fees are keeping me from purchasing...I have a suggestion if at all possible...How about a trains warehouse out east?- It would give most of us on the east coast a chance to buy the trains we see at a ************* price...would help them save as well on their costs & keep the economy going by hiring a few workers up here!- I offer my services as I am retired & know about the hobby!- ( I am a member of ************** in ***********, **** & know if they started another trainz east their business would increase substantially!!!     You have good to very good products. Some are pricey and others are reasonably priced for American Flyer products. Your service is very good and I look forward to more dealings with you.
