  I needed to move from ******* to ******* quickly to help take care of an ill family member. I called around and no one seemed to have any availability NOR the ability to meet my small budget for the move - that is, except for Precise Moving... After speaking with *******, I learned that Precise is a family run moving company and that they don't outsource their moves to other companies; They handle the move from quote to delivery. I spoke with him about my desperate situation, and after going through my inventory list, he came up with an estimate that was music to my ears. It was not only the cheapest quote I received, but they could do it in the small window I had to move. The rest of the process was fantastic as well. I was called when they were loading the truck, then 24 hours and the day of the move. And the movers, they were wonderful! They were very quick and extremely careful with some fragile family heirlooms. They packed with a speed and efficiency the likes of which I've never seen! When it was delivered, everything was setup. My bed was put back together in my room, the boxes labeled were in the correct rooms. I didn't have to lift a finger and I was able to spend my time on the things that mattered most: spending time with my loved ones and caring for my family members. Thank you Precise Moving, and *******, you guys are the best!

  I have moved a bunch of times in my life being from a military family and by far I had the best move with Precise Moving. They did exactly what they told me they would and that goes a long way with me. They showed up a few hours later than expected but I understand traffic can be tricky so I was not upset at all. I will let anyone who asks me know to use Precise Moving if they want a smooth move. Thank you guys for the military discount as well.

  Stay away from this company!After 30 years moving with the military, Precise Moving and Storage was the worst moving company and the worst moving experience I have ever dealt with. The moving Team arrived, with the lead, and two employees. He rushed the entire job, he added additional charges, extra labor cost, applied extra material/ packing costs, constantly complained about the stairs, the distance and the heavy items and furniture. The concerns I had, were met with talk with Corporate, Im just the driver.I had paid extra and specifically requested for selected items to be crated ( deer mounts) that I didnt want damaged in the move. The leads idea was to build a box, put them and pad them with blankets. I did not have them move these items, but the bill was never adjusted. I also paid twice for a piano to be moved. Once to get it on the truck, and again because its was bulky to get it off the truck. This was ironic, because my family unloaded the delivery truck. The delivery was made on a holiday, and arrived with only one driver. During the packing, the two locals, who were found looking for work at the local hotel. They had no experience in moving or packing before. They over loaded boxes, pack books on top of fragile items, they wouldnt seal boxes with tape, etc. I was charged an extra $1500 for these two individuals. I had to negotiate with the corporate office and finally got the charges removed. I was also charged an extra $300 because the driver felt it was a long carry.Again if I didnt complain, these charges wont have been removed.When my items were in storage, I was double charged, because of their accounting error. Numerous hours were spent, showing the funds were taking out of my account. Finally that issue was resolved. I was overcharged, double charged and mislead. The experience was painful, expensive and upsetting!I would never recommend this company to anyone.

  RUN RUN DO NOT USE. I was moving out of state. The contract I was given doubled in price. Company wont let you use a credit or debit card because the driver told me so many customers were stopping payment because they were so unhappy with their moves. Their driver is telling a customer this!! The movers were a day late causing a lot of problems for me because I had to be at my new home by Monday morning to start a new job. Movers never called me on my actual move date to say they couldnt come. I sat and waited all day. I could not get anyone to call me on a Saturday. Once I was at my new home no one called again to give me any info on when my items would be arriving. I again had to call them to get an answer. Finally after much stress and tears my items were coming. However once driver showed up he did not even work for Precise Moving. I had some items damaged. I wrote a letter to the company and have not heard back. Terrible management, no communication after you reserve with sales. Price doubled.

  Precise Moving and Storage was a dream come true in the moving industry.Everyone involved in this out-of-state move was courteous, timely, responsive, helpful, skilled, and mover-friendly.The workers were extremely hard working and smiled the entire time. They handled all of our belongings with utmost care and made our move perfect from start to finish!When you think of Precise, dont think twice!I interviewed many moving companies, and this was a dream come true for sure!You wont regret it; you can count on them 110%!I have heard stories from other friends who used other companies and were traumatized; I did not worry for one minute with Precise Moving. Take my advice: if you need a mover, use Precise!!!

  I used Precise Moving and Storage for my inter-state move in July 2023. Pls. be advised to expect the following:- 180 degree customer service attitude change by the sales manager, before and after you signed the contract and paid your first payment. My experience with their sales manager who claimed would be taking care of my case was terrible. Expect colder and more impatient response, and even no response when the move is going towards the end. - They lied. Before the contract signing and first payment, the sales manager kept saying they are not a broker, like many other moving companies out there. She said they have their own fleet and moving staff. However, they did subcontract the move to another company. - The move caused multiple damages to my items due to unprofessional handling and packing.- Final cost is way higher than initial several rounds of estimate, including video estimate. Overall, very stressfully and unpleasant experience. Avoid as much as possible.
