To the best guys ever at Precise Moving and Storage. From first contact by ***************************** to the owner ***** managing the coordination of my move to ** which got interrupted by a fire at the storage facility that was so stressful to me but handled like heroes from the team at Precise. From picking up what could be salvaged and helping me clean then storing until my moving date. Even transferring my belongings from the soot covered boxes to clean boxes from their stash. Like family, caring and supportive. Cannot recommend highly enough! Just a super bunch of good humans, very rare these days.***********************Precise Moving & Storage, LLC

Was not a good experience. They showed up at 3pm on the day of the move and finished at 11pm. We were told AM arrival. When they arrived at our new home they started with 4 movers and a driver. 2 quit 1/2 hour into the move. We helped move our stuff. They broke the steps and said it was a defective step. When we complained they indicated that the step must have been rotten (its 4 years old and Trec). Id admit the 3 remaining guys really tried hard to get it done. Did I mention the original estimate was $10,000. The final price was $19,500 plus. We did a FaceTime estimate and I understand its hard, but double? In addition they told me the suggested tip was 15%. Thats a lot based on the price. The driver said he would report the broken step - 2 months later we have heard nothing. The truck broke down and our belongings arrived 8 days later. Beware! This is one of the worst business experiences in my 69 years.Precise Moving & Storage, LLC

We just moved my father to an assisted living facility and we needed this done quickly. I spoke to ******* and he arranged everything within a few days. We got him delivered and he was so happy. He is very professional and followed through with all the things he promised. *****, the dispatcher who worked with my ***************************, together they planned the move. This company had a great attitude from the start. We spoke with ******* and he took his time to explain everything without overtalking ** or being pushy. I hired this company because of its 5 star rating with the BBB. How quickly the rating went from 5-3 in a few weeks. I am having the worst experience with this company as far as honest communication and I have to be the one to initiate all communications. Things started off okay. ****** appeared professional and easy to reach. The loading (Jan 10) was passed off to Allon who with ****** loaded the truck and updated our estimate. Yes it doubled but that was because we added more items than was originally estimated. They were great, quick. We were then passed off then to *****-Dispatch. Heard nothing for 5 days, (Jan 15) called ******-no response, then *****, who got in touch with ***** the dispatcher. He called back immediately and left a message that the driver ******** was en route and would be there end of week. (Jan 19) or by beginning of next week (Jan 21). It is now January 27th and we are closing in on the 31 day guaranteed delivery date of (Feb 10) Called ******** today and he said hed call me back in 5 minutes. Tick TockJust heard back from the dispatcher via text 3-4 more days, lots of deliveries along the way and the weather may slow them down further Stay tuned readers for the conclusion of this move.Precise Moving & Storage, LLC

You know when you scroll past the negative reviews to see the positive ones? STOP SCROLLING and believe me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Shame on the BBB for the A rating they've given them and showing them as an accredited business.They will lie to you and tell you they are a carrier as opposed to a broker. But they ARE a broker meaning one truck will come pick up your stuff, bring it to a storage facility, then days or even weeks later a different truck will get your belongings and finally bring it to you. Both drivers, told me they are incredibly underpaid and really don't want to be there doing that job.BIGGEST ISSUE, they underestimate your amount of items by cubic feet so you think you'll pay one price and it ends up being DOUBLE. DO NOT USE.Once you start trying to get in touch with people, the sales person you sold you the job stops responding and it becomes a dispatch issue. Then when you say your grievances they say they'll tell management and get back to you with a resolution but they don't and leave it to another person, *** in dispatch. He'll say he can't do anything and you'll need to go through ******* in dispatch. But once you go off about all the issues and say *** told you that she is in charge of fixing price issues, she tells you that *** actually owns the company and doesn't understand why he's throwing her under the bus. Then you look into who ******* is, and she owns her own company INSTA MOVERS, who is not accredited by the BBB and has an F grade. They are all working together and overcharging by double what they promised. How do I know that for certain? My truck was supposed to come on a Saturday but dispatch called and said then truck broke down and it would now come on Sunday. Almost simultaneously the salesman emailed and said the person who was being picked up before me had WAY more stuff than they said and the truck would now come Sunday. They are under-estimating cubic feet of what you have and then say you have more items than said.Precise Moving & Storage, LLC
