They came highly recommended by my brother who used him a few months back.From the booking process, with the professional and fair approach, to the care and efficiency that the moving team (the guys were top notch) all was smooth.***** and his team made a potentially stressful and rough day much much easier for me and my family.   0/10 recommend this company. We have had nothing, but a nightmare. They tell you one price, but get there and its ALWAYS more than they say on the quote. We booked them and the movers got there. It was quoted $4,000 was the FINAL one I had signed. Turns out they were trying to charge additional charges and etc turns into over $10,000 move. I said no and sent them on. The manager ****** called and I have her recorded saying pick up on 8/26 and drop off on 8/27 NO ADDITIONAL CHARGES. She also said she would be available if any hiccups. Movers were due there at **** and didnt show until after 6pm. We were also promised an empty truck, but they got there with someone elses things. When we FINALLY received our things several days after we were due and told we would get them. Our boxes HAVE been gone through, all of them were re-taped. I have pics of my boxes before delivery and video and pics after. One of the movers were literally tossing boxes off the truck. My boxes and my belongings are all damaged. There are also some items missing. A police report was filed bc they would not answer my emails, phone calls, no updates, no nothing. They have broken majority of my things I had bubble wrapped and everything. This business is a COMPLETE joke and we are in the process of a lawsuit. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! Read EVERY review left on here bc they should NOT have a A+ rating! Also the business address pulls up a house in GA. DO YOUR RESEARCH!!! We now have authorities and lawyers involved.

  We take all customer feedback seriously, and it's disconcerting to hear your allegations against our company. However, it's important to clarify some key discrepancies and inaccuracies in your statements.
  Firstly, regarding the quote, we provide detailed contracts outlining the scope of work and the associated costs. Any changes to this must be agreed upon in writing by both parties. As per our records, the final quote that was signed is consistent with our initial estimate, and we have not deviated from that.
  Secondly, we have strict protocols in place for the safe handling and delivery of all items. Our team is trained to follow these procedures rigorously, and it's highly improbable that the incidents you describe could occur without attracting immediate attention and action from our quality control team.
  We also maintain an accurate and detailed inventory of items. Any report of missing items is a serious matter that requires substantiating evidence.
  It is concerning that you have moved to file a police report and are speaking about a lawsuit without first providing any tangible evidence of your claims. We are more than willing to cooperate with any legal investigations, but false allegations can have significant implications and are not taken lightly by us or the authorities.

  My experience with this moving company has been infuriating! Initially quoted at $1,600, they shamelessly inflated the final bill to nearly $4,000. But thats not the worst part when they picked up our belongings, they demanded more money as gratuity, putting us in an uncomfortable position.They packed up my entire house into their truck and then when they went and packed more stuff from our storage unit without telling me I reached my threshold before going to storage despite me asking them multiple times if we had a limit. They kept refusing to tell me. They waited until my entire life was packed in their truck to tell me I was quoted TWICE the amount. They cornered my husband and demanded gratituity in cash and said they werent leaving until we paid more cash. To make matters worse, the managers response was utterly dismissive. Instead of addressing our legitimate concerns, he was callous, disrespectful, and unhelpful.When I tried talking to the manager, he yelled at me, and argued with me, and was so disrespectful. When I told the manager how my husband and I were treated, He said I know my driver. He wouldnt say that. I havent talked to him but if he tells me he didnt say that, I believe him over you He was being disrespectful towards me and made rude and sarcastic remarks about my family.This experience has been a major setback for our young family. I vehemently advise against choosing this moving company. While they might dangle an enticing initial quote, their actual service and the final exorbitant cost are beyond frustrating. Spare yourself the headaches; seek out other options for your moving needs to avoid the injustices weve endured. I asked if theres anything they could do to help us, and if they could lower the price a little bit, and they refused. I ****% REGRET this transaction. Go with a more legit company. For the sake of your finances. From my experience, they do not care about you. Just what you can pay.

  Precise Moving company made my moving experience a nightmare. I hate the day I decided to hire them. ***************************** my senior moving consultant told me they were a full service moving company with their own fleet of trucks/drivers and they didnt broker out to other moving companies. In the end thats exactly what they did to me and passed the additional cost on to me of over $900.. They lied to me from day one. Once they got my $600 deposit the red carpet was snatched from under my feet. I was told my total moving cost was $1795 and ever up paying $2663.on 7/21/23 I was told to pay the driver second payment toward balance of $597. The driver lied calculated fees and charged me for service not rendered and I had to pay $1033 ( or cancel day of pickup and that was not an option for me). The driver then asked me to tip his helpers ( also against DOT regulations and company policy. ******* the office manager ****** me along for 3 weeks before she rudely told me they wouldnt adjust my balance due and instead of paying $162 (the correct balance due); I had to pay $1030 or not receive my furniture and belongings. She sarcastically told me the day before I got my things delivered to hire a lawyer if not satisfied with them. Horrible experience. I would never recommend this company to any one. They are fraudulent and dishonest.

  Recently, I needed an interstate moving company to help me relocate to another state. After numerous calls to various companies and reading many reviews on the internet, I finally selected Precise Moving and Storage. In retrospect, this was one of the best decisions I could have made. ********************* was my primary contact and her positive demeanor, professionalism and hands on approach were outstanding. The continuity she exhibited throughout gave me confidence that everything would be fine. The moving service was comprehensive and the moving professionals took their time, wrapped everything and cared for my possessions as if they were their own. Additionally, *****, who was responsible for wrapping all of my personal belongs executed like the consummate professional he is. Moreover, I had a car that also needed to be transferred to my new state and she was able to connect me with *** who provided extraordinary service coupled with an exceptionally personal touch. Whenever I needed an update as to where my car was, I called ****** and she was pleasant and continued to give me contemporary information on what was going on.All I can say if you need and want a company that will put your needs first.
