      We have put in multiple tickets to close our account for terrible lead quality. The first one was 7 weeks ago and another about a month ago. There is a chat bot on their site that you can put in a specific question or ticket and one of them is to close your account. I selected this both times. After getting another leat (dead phone number) today we called them and they said we had to call this whole time... so why is it an option. Then, they wouldn't let me cancel because my partner's name was the one on account...He had to call.. He has called three times now and they aren't picking up the phone anymore. I WOULD STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

      This company does not vet their contractors. Anybody can sign up as a pro. This may be the most illegitimate and misleading company. I had a contractor reach out to me that they claim they had vetted and would be perfect for the project I needed done. Of course, this contractor was a scam artist and ran away with my money. This company did absolutely nothing to help me with the fraud that they sent to my door.

      It is sad to hear of your experience. It makes sense you are frustrated about receiving leads after you were told the account was closed. After further investigation into the conversations you had with our team we would hope to respond to your feedback appropriately. At the time the account was closed it was explained that any remaining balance in the account would be delivered in the form of leads. This is normal practice in the event an account is closed and some amount of the initial deposit remains. But, as you stated this does not appear to be where we dropped the ball. Eventually we received a call from you requesting the remaining balance be refunded and attempted to explain what is outlined in the membership agreement. Ultimately you were refunded the remaining balance in the account by our representative. At that point our representative hoped to learn about the success you did have with our leads and is where we understand a bad impression was made on our behalf. Our hope is that every customer see's value from our service and while our intentions come from the right place, we apologize if inquiring about this resulted in a bad experience for you.

      Networx overall just sucks! All the leads i have received are simply none existing, other leads they have people to answer the call, but clearly they have no need of the services that they are claiming to need. All these leads seem to be fake. As a top Contractor I advise other contractors to stay away.

      Gave them two months try. 26% of leads were for work we don't do. 41% of the leads never contacted us back despite many repeated attempts to reach out. 20% had already had the work done well before we ever got the lead. As of today, the remining 13% have not gotten back to us either, but we have not timed them out yet.Attempts to open written (emailed) discussions with Networx results in a maddening loop of various names claiming they will reach out to you, but do not. You cannot email anything or anybody but a generic queue with an ever rotating random customer service rep ********* is a very low quality service.

      As a reputable window and door sales and installation group with over 40 years of experience, we recently had a regrettable encounter with ******************** that compelled us to share our expertise to warn others in the business community.We received an email marketing communication from ******************** promoting leads for sale. After clicking through the advertisement, we decided it wasn't a service that aligned with our current needs and deleted the email. To our surprise, we later received a phone call from the company, where the representative engaged in aggressive sales tactics, attempting to pressure us into their service.When we politely declined and explained why their service didn't suit us, the representative's demeanor changed drastically. Instead of accepting our decision professionally, he resorted to personal insults and became increasingly agitated. This unprofessional behavior was not only unwarranted but also deeply disappointing.W e were appalled by this experience. It is evident that ******************** does not prioritize building positive relationships with potential clients and resorts to aggressive and disrespectful tactics when faced with rejection.Based on this egregious encounter, we can confidently state that ******************** will never be considered a viable partner for our business. We feel compelled to share our experience to caution other businesses in the industry. It is crucial for companies to conduct themselves with integrity, respect, and professionalism, qualities that were sorely lacking in our interaction with ********************We hope that this review serves as a warning to others and encourages ******************** to reevaluate their sales practices and prioritize respectful and ethical conduct. As we do with all feedback such as this, the phone call was reviewed by our quality assurance team, and the findings were relayed to management. There was certainly an opportunity to do things differently however, the use of aggressive and disrespectful sales tactics was not present on the phone call.       If I could give a review lower than one star, I would. We've been using Networx for about two months. While the lead quality and price are relatively low compared to other lead generation platforms, we encountered a significant issue with our account. It's been three weeks, and the problem remains unresolved. Despite creating tickets, calling, and messaging, nothing has changed. There is no way to reach someone who can provide an estimated resolution time or take responsibility for the situation.

      We understand it was frustrating when all of a sudden you were unable to purchase additional opportunity leads. We apologize for the inconvenience. After further review the cause of this issue became clear and we were able to get our development team to fix the issue. Just so you know, this is only one way of purchasing opportunity leads. These leads are also sent via SMS and email but require a mobile number and email address to accept them. At the time of this review, there is only one mobile number set up to do this.
