They are scam artists. They will steal your money and charge you 7 times! Last Friday I booked a room at a hotel and they charged me ****** seven times. Almost 1500 dollars. I see this after I walk in my room and quickly cancel my room and ask for a refund. They tried to say that it was my fault at first. Then they refunded me only 800 of it, and then told me the rest of it was for cancellation fees. Wait what?!! I am getting cancellation fees for 7 fraudulent charges???? I only cancelled because I saw they charged me card 7 times! They barely respond to your emails. He literally told me the other 700 dollars were for cancellation fees!! They are scam artists and they haven't seen the last of me. I will be suing them and it will be my goal to take this company down. I will contact other disgruntled customers from the reviews and do a class action lawsuit. My sister is partners in a big law firm and is hungry for a good case. Do not give them your card info!!!HotelPlanner.com

I had a terrible experience and would give them zero stars if possible. They create the illusion that you're calling the actual hotel, but that's not the case at all. Their prices are more than double what you'd pay directly at the hotel, which feels like outright fraud. To make matters worse, disputing the transaction is nearly impossible because their website is designed to mimic the hotels so for them you willingly pay for the scam. I highly recommend staying away from this service to avoid being scammed!HotelPlanner.com

Was told I was getting the discount offered by the wedding party and was overcharged by 50%. Then had to rebook and fight for a refund and was told I would be fully refunded but again was not. Now trying to fight for the rest of my refund. Wish I could give 0 starsHotelPlanner.com

****** beware. Do not use this booking service as they charge you a fee of ***** to book a reservation that you could make yourself. I have been fighting with them since I canceled my reservation, but my credit card was still charged for both the stay and for *****HotelPlanner.com

Awesome job competed by ********. Stayed on the phone to ensure the reservation was completed. Discovered the first reservation did not go through so she found another room similar to the first reservation. GREAT JOB and Great customer service.HotelPlanner.com

He lied about the room. Never trust Expedia. I asked if I was speaking to the hotel directly, lied about that too. Told me The room had a microwave - lied.Jetted tub - lied. I will Work twice as hard to not book with Expedia again.HotelPlanner.com
