She was amazing, accommodating and very efficient and got what I wanted. The woman before her was booking me a hotel 3 blocks from where I live in *********. When I have a 5 hour drive to where I should be? That first ****** should be fired and hung up on me. This lady was smart and very, very goodHotelPlanner.com

She was very helpful but rushed me along a little bit. Im not sure if that was because she wanted to be able to book the only room that suited our needs, perhaps. But it was only after I reserved the room that I was told that the reservation was nonrefundable. I was disappointed in that and wonder if this is a new reality in the hotel industry?HotelPlanner.com

THEY ARE NOT HONEST! They promote them selves in ****** as the *** contact number.I made this reservation FOR 4 NIGHTS and stayed ONLY one night. I cancelled at the front desk because I didn't even get the room I was told. So, i just used one night because the accommodation did NOT fit my stay. This was a fraud. I was ripped off. When I called to make the reservation I was told it was the **************** front desk in ************ and it wasn't true! You were a 3rd. party! I am an *** member. Why should I use a 3rd. party?!!! NOT even one STAR they deserve!HotelPlanner.com

I booked a room. Payed. Went to hotel and the hotel would not accept the hotel planner reservation.Hotel planner gave me half of my money back only!! After agent pretended to not find my confirmation!! Do not use this scam!!! Awful they can do this peopleHotelPlanner.com
