This is a scam! I initially ordered two bottles of CBD Gummies, based on a false Facebook ad, for $39.99. A couple of days later a charge for $60.00 and another charge for $119.99 showed up on my debit card. I called and was told the $39.99 was a promotion and the they would refund only $90.00 because product had been shipped. I figured I had been scammed and was paying the price for my stupidity. But then this week the $119.98 charge showed up again! I called today and demanded a refund, but was told the product had already shipped. I told them I didn’t order anything and they said I had signed up for a recurring monthly order! Again, the website is all set up as a scam! The person I spoke with, Miles, said she could refund $59.99, now, and that when I got the product, I would need to call back again to get return info and when they got the product back, they would refythe balance! I told them to cancel the account and send it to me in writing via email. And on top of everything else, the product does not work! Also, from the last time I called , I had a phone number - that this site won’t allow me to list-that when you call, the instructions tell you to press 2 for customer service, then it tells you the number isn’t good, but if you continue to hold, you eventually get customer service. The number they give you, hangs up on you after you press 2. Hope this information keeps others from being scammed or helps them to get full refund!Review fromStaci B

I have the same problem everyone else has. I ordered one bottle of CBD gummies for $39.99 but got an email stating I was charged $260.00 for 5 bottles of gummies and 2 bottles of CBD oil! I called immediately and was told I ordered them, which I did not. I had only ordered one bottle of CBD gummies. They said they would refund 30%! I told them I only ordered one bottle and that I didn't order the rest and wanted a refund for what I didn't order. They then told me I could return it when it arrived and would be given 50% back. I told them I would return the package when I receive it and wanted a full refund. They then told me I could return it but they wouldn't know how much I would be refunded until it arrived at the warehouse. This company is a complete scam!!Review fromIrene J

I ordered these. I was charged 259.00. What I thought was one price turned out to be wrong. I aldo received 2 bottles of Oil. They said I ordered I did not. They refunded me 78.00 for the misunderstanding. My huband couldn't tolerate the gummies. They refused to give my my money back. They said I agreed only to the 78.00 refund. Not true. I'm stuck with all this product. I may take this beyond this company for my money back. This has happened to too many people. You really don't stand by your product.Review fromTracy B

Natures Only CBD. Been taking them for some time. Made the mistake of ordering 3 bottles and now have received 3 bottles every month since, haven't been able to find any information on how to cancel. They stole my money. Billed us for what we thought was going to be much less. In fact, they billed us $60 and then another $199.99 the same day. Once we saw these unexpected and misleading charges on our debit card, we called them to cancel the order. The customer service agent was rude and would not issue a refund stating that we 'initiated' the sale and therefore were within their rights to bill us more than what we thought. I called my bank to dispute the charges and guess what? They said this has happened with this company MANY TIMES with other customers. Even though we cancelled the order, they STILL shipped the product (which we no longer wanted). I had to then go to the post office and pay for return shipping to send it back. I have a return shipping tracking number so I can confirm that they got it back. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! They are misleading and have poor customer service.Review fromKathleen H

I ordered one bottle of CBD gummies for $69.99. Received email confirmation of order showing two different products for a total of $129.99 (1 bottle of gummies and 1 bottle of oil) I called their Customer Service and was told order being processed for two bottles of the gummies, and since it was already in "processing" the order cannnot be modified or canceled. But they're noting my account to give me 40% off on next purchase, which I don't want because I'll never buy again. I got scammed! I called my bank to alert them of only ordering 1 product and was told when the charge posts I can file a dispute. Of course I didn't think of checking BBB until after I'd placed the order. At this point I just want a full refund due to this horrible experience.Natures Only CBD

I ordered what I thought was an inexpensive sample of CBD Gummies and was charged 60. And 199.99. I received no receipt or confirmation. This is much greater price than expected. This product was touted for diabetics on Facebook. I have no idea whether it works or not, I know I was over charged. I have tried to vontact them by phone and message,. They ************...Natures Only CBD Gummies take your money right off your card after u canceled them...they took 199.98 dollars from me returned 100.00 right told me to mail all my packages back, in which I gave them 4 packages back not even opened and the gave me 10 dollars a bottle back ...so they giving 50 bucks back when they owe me 99.98 so I'm beat for the other 49.98..They full of **** because none of that was explained before returning the product, which I paid for shipping and handling myself. *************************************************************** ***********************************. DON'T DO IT. This company is a scam and the ********* product don't work. As soon as I ordered it back in March 22 I canceled it the same day so they saw I didn't want the product and still they waited until July 22 to take 199.98 dollars out of my account. This is what this scamming *** company does. Learn from my mistake and don't put none of your information on that site cause even though they give you 150.00 of your money back they SCAM you for the other 49.98 so if you add that up they still stealing from hard working people who want to believe it's some good in this company..ITS NOT..STAY AWAY..SCAM, SCAM,SCAM. I called the "so called" company immediately after ordering what I thought to be one bottle of CBD gummies. I reviewed the charges on my bank account for $60.00 and $199.99! After having to google their customer service number, I was told they could not cancel my order because it was already in processing. I ask to transfer me to processing to cancel the Order and the gentleman could not do that. Any legitimate business would assist with the cancellation. I've already notified my bank with a dispute and cancel the payment. Don't use the so called business! SCAM! The gentleman also said he was in Asia!Natures Only CBD

Ive received 2 orders. One valid ( a 49.9 deal, and was billed 199.) I received another billing after trying to contact Customer service 4 times. I sent the package back 2 weeks ago.
