  An absolute scam. My mom was charged $199.99 and an additional $60. They gave tried hitting her bank 3 times fir an additional $199 since August. I will be filing with the proper authorities.

  An absolute scam. They somehow got my mother's credit card info and placed charged for 199.99, $60, and another 199.99 10 days later. They said that "the USPS company" delivered it to her address, but nothing ever arrived, either. She called and I attempted to help, but it is clear these are just scam artists and not a legitimate company. I plan to follow up by reporting to appropriate authorities. Consumer BEWARE.

  After going through an online offer I was asked to choose a quantity of their product. I chose 3 bottles of CBD gummies fir $40. When I checked out they charged me $199 fir 5 bottles and an additional $60 for 3 bottles of CBD oil. NOT WHAT I AGREED TO!! At least not what I thought I was agreeing to. This kind of thing has to be stopped. No need for a refund here, my bank is going to stop the payment, but companies like this should be SHUT DOWN!!!

  Like many other people who complained before me already, I have also ordered 3 bottles of CBD gummies for $60. What has been charged on my credit card was $60 and $199.99 at the same time, and then again $199.99 a month later. Nowhere did I sign up for a monthly recurring charge / delivery schedule. I tried contacting the company directly to no avail and the third party they hired for their customer service only tried to get more of my personal info, including credit card, before they would even confirm my account. After going around in circles with their customer service representative for a good 30 minutes it became very clear that they are trained to keep asking for your credit card and other info. I gave them my address and name, but each time they "cannot find my record" and so they keep asking for more info.This is a scam, and it is quite clear that there is no CBD in these gummies - be careful eating these, because there is no guarantee as to what they contain.

  They are crooks. I ordered the buy one get one for $69.99, I was charged $129.99 and $60.00. I spoke to a customer service rep and was told you had to get the oil with the order of gummies. They charged me full price for both gummies and extra $60.00 for oil I didn't order. I'm planning to send the item back also. Something needs to be done to shut them down, they have misleading ads and stealing people money. I told the rep I wanted to cancel my order, she told me I had one hour from the time I placed my order to cancel it.

  ordered 5 bottles got charged 199.99 and got liquid i did not order and now i just recieved another 5 bottles with no order and no way to cancel or person to talk with on account , RIP OFF

  I ordered what was supposed to be 2 bottles for *****. i was contacted by my bank bc they flagged the charges as possibly fraudulent, i called the bank and they advised me to call the company which i did. upon further inspection- i was actually charged ****** and *****, i called the company to see what the charges were for and to cancel my order. i was told i had upgraded my order to the 5 bottles and 2 oil. the 5 bottles were ****** and the 2 oil was the *****. they could offer a refund for half. i rejected and told them they could refund all and keep their everything, i want all the money. I didn't agree to this and i did not authorize it-that's called stealing. in my email i have a receipt for the ****** and it shows 5 gummies and 2 oils, but just the one charge. i have nothing to show or prove the *****. at first i was told it was for the oil, after the last call they now deny they ever charged more than the ******. yet twice before i was told that the receipt was emailed. it wasn't. they owe me ******, ***** plus whatever it cost me to send it back...even though i cancelled before the item was sh

  I ordered buy one get two free $39 got back to my email to look at the receipt and it shows me $259 for some oil and a bunch of c*** I didn't order I shot him an email told him that I was going to get with my bank and to credit me they canceled my order never credited me then 4 days later billed me for the same thing again tried to do it the next day after that with my bank by that time put a hold on it and actually put a hold on the second one this is some scandalous Dirty son of a b**** isn't whoever runs his company my name is ***************************** when I called customer service they said no that's what you ordered but refused to give me my money back even after they canceled my order

  Saturday, August 13, 2022 I, responded to the Natures Only add on ******** for their *** 300mg Gummies targeting as a Diabetic alternative. I ordered ONE BOTTLE only for $60. 00. I was charged for that amount plus $129.99. Next day- August 15 I contacted them at *** *** **** & asked for an explanation for the OVERCHARGE. The agent stated I ordered 2 bottles plus 2 bottle of the *** Oil and an annual subscription. NO WAY & demanded a full refund CANCEL ALL I was told I could not receive my credit back as my order had been shipped. In less than 24 hours & on Sunday? Agent would not transfer me to shipping.Was informed once I received the package I would have to send the package back and once received I would be issued a full refund. August 21 another call followed by an August 23rd email waiting for the *** Number.The agent offered to refund $90 immediately & keep the products to avoid the added mail returned cost.The agent was informed this was not acceptable as I want the full refund of $189.99. Photos of the product was sent as per requested proof in order to receive the *** #. August 23 my 3rd email request for the *** #. *** Number received return package was mailed and delivery confirmed on August 26, 2022 to *******, *******. September 1, 2022 a follow up email for my refund status. No response.September 8 call placed ***-*** **** I was informed my refund had not even been processed and I would now be charged $10 per returned item $40 which would be deducted from the $189.99. NO I want the full amount of $189. 99 applied to my bank card on file NOW. Nature One scammed me-stole from me This call was followed by an email that included all written correspondence-instructions as well as photo copies of the products, bank receipt and my postal receipt of $12.80. WHAT A SCAM !!!!!! Nature One in addition to their email support line also have a ******** phone number of *** *** ****, *** ** -**** and *** *** ****. x 3 BUYER BE WARE.... A SCAM
