    Why am I getting 5 bottles of this **** monthly and how can I get it to STOP. I don't use it, and the shipment never has any invoice or billing information . I don't know who to contact. regarding this. I can't seem to ID any credit charges so I guess I'll cancel ALL my credit cards and get them re-issued. This HAS TO STOP!

Please allow 5-10 business days depending on your bank's processing time, for the credit to reflect in your account.

    Don't order anything from these people!! It's a complete rip off!! I emailed them, moments after placing my order, asking them to cancel. No response. I called the very next morning, and they said it heal already shipped. To turn the products is a completely obnoxious process!! So frustrating!! But I followed their instructions directly. That was months ago, no refund at all, zero communication. Don't get scammed, stay away from this company!!

    We do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. If you have not cancelled your account has rolled into a monthly subscription as agreed to by the terms and conditions (you had to agree to the terms to be able to place the order). We did not receive a cancellation request from you in the allotted time, so we naturally assumed that you were satisfied with the product and charged you accordingly, as agreed to by the Terms and Conditions.

    Your account has been cancelled and partially refunded $59.98 on 07/28/22. We went ahead and issued an additional refund of $140.00. Please allow 5-10 business days depending on your bank's processing time for the credit to reflect back to your account.

    Rest assured, the account is canceled and you won't receive any further charges.

    I returned everything that was sent. The package was delivered to Nature's Only CBD on July 1, 2022, at 10:33 a.m. My refund ($200.00, not including the $9.90 for postage) has not been credited to my account nor have I received a check.
