      Terrible customer service. Sold me a defective item and refused to accept any responsibility. Their return policy is a scam. They constantly give you the run around.Will not be returning, buyer beware

      2 out of 7 orders received had bottles that cracked and leaked entire contents into package ???? good news Ejuice refunded me the money one time only. Not sure if it was the shipping or ********************? Over all mostly happy with e juice connect as I clearly keep ordering. Cant beat the prices. Only once did the package not show up within 3-5 business days.

      I switched to this company after a terrible experience with a competitor. They have been great. No issues, everything is correct and arrives on time. I can't speak to customer service because I have never had an issue requiring me to reach out to them. Highly recommended!

      I recently placed an order made a mistake with address sent a email left a text as well.both were responded to in about 3 hrs and they fixed my issue and had my stuff I ordered to me still within 3 days will definitely be a returning customer. ***** your Awesome!

      Yes they do offer a discount on order for a positive review HOWEVER that is not why I'm leaving a review. Most companies you place an order and six weeks later you are still waiting. Not with ejuice connect. EVERY SINGLE order I've placed which some have been over $100 they have always shipped out the same day I ordered it and two-three days later I have it in my hands. The prices are amazing and the juices are top notch. I can't give a review on the customer service because I've never had to contact them. I can say I'm again so excited after placing an order Wed my order is out for delivery today (Sat,).They carry an extreme amount of juice brands as well as MODS.All I can say is give them a try I seriously doubt you will be disappointed.*****
