      Definitely scam artists. Sure they send you your product sometimes. But when they neglect to send it to you, not only will they not fix it and send you the right product. They give you a so-called refund but they don't refund your shipping part. So when you have to reorder from them, you have to pay the full shipping price again along with another adult signature fee. So no matter what happens they come out way ahead. Sure they can give you all the low prices they want but whenever they jacking it up with flat rate shipping of 20 bucks for one item and a $6 signature fee, it goes back to being full price and like I say when they mess up on their end send you the wrong product. Doesn't matter to them because they're not going to send you the right one. Anyway. Instead they'll give you your money back and a pro rated shipping. So if I order five products they're going to give me back $5 on shipping that comes out to be $20 when I reorder. I won't be ordering from them again I promise

      Order 5 packs of free *** coils and 3 packs of Falcon total was ****** when I got my order I got the 5 packs of free *** coils but never got the Falcon coils I ordered. Instead, I got 3 packs of some random coils Contacted their customer service and offered to send the wrong coils back and have them send me the falcon coils they refused to send out the proper coils that I ordered and Told me I would Have to reorder them. they said that they would issue points to my account to cover the new order. So I went and order 3 packs of Falcon coils nothing else but when I went to check out there was not enough point to cover the order so I recontacted customer service and sent them screenshots of the reorder and the charges and they stated I would have to pay a 2nd time for shipping and taxes another $30 when I already paid for shipping and taxes in the 1st order that they screwed By this time we are on our 4th day of this due to their slow response time I refused to pay them any more money Had to Fight them and threaten to call the credit card company to do a return of the whole order This could have been a very simple fix and they could have kept a customer But Now they lost over a $100 sale due to there ************************ I will not ever order from this company again and will advise my friends not to use this company as it is a shady and dishonest business with there Bait and Switch Tactics with there free shipping promos and just straight trying to rip customers off by charging them twice for taxes and shipping

      I don't know what Julie c is talking about, yes they will give you a discount for a review on here but there is nothing illegal or dishonest about it and they definitely should not be put out of business for it. I'm leaving a review and am not even telling ejuice connect. You just can't find a better place to buy ejuice and vape products from anymore, they have great prices and ship super fast. Now they have a rewards program and it's pretty good. I hope they NEVER get shut down. They are the only place I order from for the last several years and for the foreseeable future.
