      I own a vape business in ****** ****** and I have been vaping for much longer than most shops have been available, so I. Have placed well over $5,000 in orders from ejuiceconnect. Com and they're amazing, I've never had a problem regarding delivery and the price point is barely above msrp. About to purchase a different device, SMOK Gpriv4 230watt mod kit for only $56.95 (a vape shop just a couple blocks away are charging $134.99 Definitely recommend doing biznass with these cats

      Ejuiceconnect is paying people by offering coupons to leave positive comments on this BBB site. There is a link on their site to this site for them to leave a review, then they are supposed to take a screen shot of their review and send it to them and the person will then get money off on their order. This is very dishonest. I was about to order from them but I always check the BBB site on new places. From what I read this company should be out of business for fraud and promoting fraudulent activity by it's customers in order to get discounts on their order.

      The amount of selections for flavors is awesome! Definitely makes it harder to decide cause they all sound amazing. Im so indecisive as it is lol, but I love it! I love the prices as well

      I've searched the internet thoroughly, and their prices are unbeatable. I have ordered from ejuiceconnect 3 times; the first two orders went really well. Unfortunately, on my last order, ***** mishandled my package and it was damaged and stated on the tracking number that it was unable to be delivered. Several weeks later, ***** fraudulently changed my order status as "DELIVERED". Thankfully, my package required a signature, and since ***** did NOT obtain a signature on the "DELIVERED" package that was never truly delivered; customer service representive Karla and management at EJUICECONNECT, were able to fully refund my order. Even though ***** damaged my package, no damage was done to my wallet. This business has earned my trust, and I look forward in doing business with them again. Thank you.

      I ordered 6 bottles of Sugar Daddy Flavored ejuice and what arrived was 6 bottles of ***** candycane. I reached out to the company explaining the mistake they made and sent them a picture of the bottles and the invoice showing the correct flavor I ordered. They then proceed to tell me I have to pay another 70 ish dollars and then wait several weeks for a refund. I explained that this doesnt work for me because I am assuming all of the risk for their mistake and just want my order sent to me and I would send the wrong flavors back with their label. They refused work with me. I would gladly accept this if I was the one who made the mistake and ordered the wrong flavor but this was their mistake and I shouldnt be the one expected to pay for their mistake. This has been a very poor experience for me and the way they have handled makes me feel like they have no value for their customers.
