      This company is nothing more than a scam. They do not submit your passport information which is the whole point of anybody doing business with this company. Nobody answer the phone when you call them i could have just submitted my passport info in person and keep my money.

      I was shocked to see that this is not a legit site and I unfortunately provided my personal information to this company and they charged me twice. I called to cancel my order, but unfortunately no one was available and had to leave a message. Something should be done not to allow this company to exist.

      Do not give this website any of your info. Im not sure how I got on it but looking back I cannot believe I didnt look for a .gov in the url. This is a scam and they will get all of your personal info and you will get nothing in return. It needs to be shut down ASAP.

      They are a ****! I applied in August 2023, and never received anything. Now, I can't reach them by phone, or online.Save your money and time!

      I thought I was on the government website and somehow ended up on us passport online. I legit thought I was paying $90 for my passport to be renewed. I sent in the forms and my old passport and received it back in the mail saying I didnt pay my dues. I have the credit card receipts and email verifying payment. I contacted this us passport and they say they are paid to help fill out the application. My husband had renewed his a couple weeks before me and did not have this charge, so obviously did it correctly through the government website. This is an absolute scam!! They now have all of my personal info and I dont know what to do.

      Total Scam you cant apply for a passport online. I thought the government came up with an easier way to deal with a lost passport. I was wrong. They lead you to believe this is the process- until you pay the money and realize its a bunch of c*** Going back to their website- it IS on the first page, but you dont scroll down far enough to read, thinking your issue is already settled by the link you choose. I am now totally uncomfortable with this company having so much detail about my life.

      The website leads you to believe you are paying for a passport- now ( months later) I get an email from the ** government ( who claims they are not affiliated with this passport application company but somehow got my application- even though they are not affiliated? Yeah try to explain that on! So now the US government wants their cut $160 more dollars plus claims the photo I sent was not clear enough even though it was to the standard description description given to me by the fraudulent passport application company.It is pathetic that our government allows this

      I paid them ***** last night just for them to send me forms to download that I filled out. I thought I was paying for a passport. Now Im out the *****.

      This company charges to send a DS82 form which is free from the ********** of ****** The website gave the impression that this is the renewal fee. You will be charged $90 for this complimentary form and then be required to send the full amount for passport application or renewal to the ********** of ****** This is a scam. I have requested a refund....still waiting for any type of reply.
