  Had a problem with a passport application. Sent an email to their support (that they provided on their site and in their confirmation email) just to get an email saying this support email does not exist.

  Misleading and a scam for sure. They will charge you 90$ to do the same thing the post office does for free. If it is not ***** don't submit your information.

  Just like many others I thought this was to apply for my passport. Only after receiveing the follow up email did I realize my mistake. I wrote an email requesting a refund as we speak.

  Zero stars. Check your URLS!!! Made the mistake of not checking the website - thought it was the **** website. Immediately emailed them when I figure it out to get a refund (the **** said a phone number would be in the confirmation email and it wasn't) and just got an "your email could not be delivered" kick back from the support email address. I will be filing a claim with the ********** as soon as the payment clears to get my money back.

  Company claimed to help with US passport application and did not provide the disclaimer until payment was received that this does NOT include the application fees and was just a fee to fill out a form that is available for free. This was not listed anywhere on the site other than contact us page. Once purchased I immediately asked for a refund within 5 minutes of ordering and they refused twice to refund the order. The next day my wife wrote in regards to the order and wanting a refund. It turned into a nasty exchange where they wrote that they would have refunded us if she was nicer! I wrote two emails and I was very respectful! This is a scam as she told them! I havent even opened the garbage they sent me!

  Be careful, gave a credit card number for payment, told secure site and personal information protected. However within a month got notified by card company of several fraud attempts by someone using that card number. Site *** not be as secure as advertise. Avoid!!!!

  US Passport took my money, $168.00, and gave me nothing in return, I was led to believe that I would have my passport application within three weeks and it has been over five weeks and I have nothing. You cannot call them, the number takes you to a busy signal. Dont have any email for them. I did go to their support through their website. They promise a response within one business day, and it has been four business days and NO response.AND they have my personal information.

  Trust these reviews. It is simply a scam to take your money. I would say that perhaps there are people who need this type of service (even though the legit *********** website walks you through it and allows you to print the paperwork needed). Even if people do need the service, the cost itself is misleading because it is nearly identical to what you will pay for the actual passport. Everything about the site is designed to look like you are actually getting a passport this way except for a few minor disclaimers. It's misleading at best, criminal at worst. It should be shut down.

  This website is a scam is is NOT a Government website. Unfortunately I did submit my information. I've contacted them through email for a refund and the most they could give me is 25% percent. This website is a scam, the phone number they give you doesn't even work.
