      ****! ****! ****! The email they give you doesn't work. They say to call the number listed in your confirmation email and NO number is listed. Now the website isn't working. They make you pay almost $70 to fill out a document. You can do this for FREE on the .gov ********************** website. Save your money and avoid this business at ALL COSTS!

      A total scam, just like the other reviewers have said. They look official and make it seem like you're renewing your passport online...you're not.

      I called them yesterday and asked for my money back and expressed my concerns. They first offered 25%, I said no. Then they offered 50%. I said I was sick to my stomach with having my families information with them and asked for a full refund and for my information to be deleted. I can see pending refunds on my credit card account. I plan to call in a few days and see if they can pull my information. I gave 2 stars only because I got my money back. I'm still freaked out.

      My complaint is the same as all the other ones. I thought it was the official site to do my passport renewal. I thought the money I paid was for the passport. I received the forms after giving my personal info. I took to the post office to mail after they took my picture. They said the fees I paid were not for the passport and that there are companies that scam you out of money to do what the **** does for free. I wrote an email asking for my money back. If that should actually happen, I will let you know.

      Scam! They don't process your passport. They charge you close to 70 dollars for filling out some forms.

      Company is a complete scam. You cant get anyone to answer the phone or email. And they claim to for file your application but all they do is give you a pdf copy that doesnt even have half of the Information you were asked to answer on it.

      Does not file the application for a passport and only pre-fills out a pdf that you have to print and bring to a passport appointment. The form they help you fill out is free from the government and asks basic information about yourself. They charged $80 for this pdf. Very disappointed and waiting on a response because I asked for a refund.
