    The company said it could aleviate us of our timeshares and that's exactly what happened. They were easy to work with and explained every question that we had thoroughly. After a devastating and truly expensive experience with another company, Exit by Owner proved to be a complete joy!!!!

    We highly recommend EBO if you want to get out of your timeshare and the facility won’t work with you. The fees charged by EBO were more than reasonable for the service provided. They kept us posted as to events that were happening. They guided us the whole way thru the transaction as to what we need to do. They are easily reachable by phone & email.

    I just received a recorded copy of the Quit Claim Deed from my Timeshare Association indicating the transfer of ownership of my timeshare week to said Association. I am happy to be relieved of all ownership obligations from said timeshare, and am thankful for the help of Exit by Owner in facilitating the transfer process. The whole process took about 3 months, which was quicker than I expected.
