    Mr. ******* you need to contact your case manager at the toll free number provided, which, for you, is the 866 number. Also, you and every clients contract is for 2 years, not one year. These things take time and you will be relieved of your timeshare, we just need you to continue following our directions.

    Yes we have had this discussion last week and I did try to cancel this complaint after they reached out to me and after numerous calls my concern is knowing this industry in timeshares we just can vigorously on top of whats going on with getting ripped off by the timeshare we just cant be careful enough so I do apologize for jumping the gun and look forward to learning another valuable ****** on this incident So please accept my apologies and so we can move forward again thank you

    I have tried numerous times to get a hold of ex by owner. Ive left messages with my phone number hoping to talk to the case manager Im not heard anything since we got the contract with them back in January 1924, exit by owner if you read this review, please contact ******* ***** I have left numerous messages with my phone number. I need to discuss the details of our contract and what is going on with our condo. Thank you. please contact me. I will call today October 29, 2024 and leave another message with my phone number.

    Ms. ****** The only time you did not receive a call back was when you called on 10/24 which was a Thursday, in the late afternoon. Also, you need to call the case manager line because you are an existing client and not the general phone number, that will help you get the fastest response. You can also communicate with your case manager via email or fax as well.

    We hired Exit By owner almost 3 years ago and they really didn't do much. We always had problems with especially getting in contact with them. We finally got rid of our time share but we weren't happy with the end result. We just went to refinance our mortgage and found out that because we didn't make any payments under the instruction of Exit by Owner Wyndham actually Foreclosed on us. We now have a foreclosure notice against us. We have tried now 8 times to get in contact with Exit by owner and left voicemail messages and no response.Thanks for nothing Exit by Owner.

    We are very surprised by this *********** phone number has not changed, you can reach us at ************. You have not tried to contact us on any of our phone lines since the beginning of August when we spoke with you last. In addition, you went multiple, extended periods of time being non-compliant by not sending all correspondence to your case manager as your agreement requires you to do. When you get a chance, contact your case manager at ************ in order to get further assistance and handle this appropriately.

    It's been over two years and I just want my money back. When I requested it it seemed like I would receive it but, I had to talk to someone first. The guy was a jerk and very forceful when speaking to me. I don't want to do business with people like that. All I want is a refund if even a partial one so I can move on from this experience.

    We had a great experience with Exit By Owner. They were prompt and courteous and always keep us informed during the entire process. They finalized the process in less than 90 days and we highly recommend them. We started with another company and after 19 months nothing was accomplished and their fee was twice the price.

    EBO successfully got ** out of our timeshare. Their upfront fee was more than we expected but it has removed the stress of future payments to the timeshare forever. What a relief. We agree it was worth it and the process was relatively fast and easy. We are recommending their services to other family members who are stuck with timeshares they want out of.

    After years of being misled and scammed by companies claiming to legitimately get me out of my timeshare, Exit By Owner sent a very knowledgeable representative to meet with me face to face. He explained everything in detail. Every step of the process happened exactly as he said it would, and I am thrilled to say that I am now finally rid of my timeshare! Thank you *****!!!

    Exit by Owner made the process so easy to get out of my unwanted timeshare.You just need to follow their instructions and you will be free of that maintenance fee.I worked with *****, he was awesome.I very much recommend this company. Getting ready to work on my 2nd timeshare and then I will be free from times shares forever..
