    well back in 2022 my wife was searching for a company to get us out of this timeshare nightmare. and got website for exit by owner we took a chance gave them a call .one a gentleman shows up to house door we filled up the paperwork. and in a about a year and a half. Here we are free of this thing call time share. thanks a million exit by owner

    We have been working with them for over five years, out time share has not been cancelled as promised and we have not gotten our money back! They have not delivered as they keep promising!!

    This claim is COMPLETELY FALSE. You have not been signed up with us for 5 years, it has only been 2. There are two reasons that your file has not been completed.. The first, you have been non-compliant with sending us correspondence from your timeshare throughout your time with us which causes the process to take longer. We have made you aware of this more than 5 times. Second, you signed up with us for one account with your timeshare and you actually have two accounts with your timeshare. Whether you knew that or not is unclear, but you receiving two different bills each month leads us to believe that at some point you did know that and did not make us aware until you recently started sending the correspondence for both. In spite of all of this, even when clients do not follow the directions, we never just stop working on their file, so we will continue working on this file until you are out of your timeshare completely. Please forward all correspondence in a timely manner because that will help us wrap this up as quickly as possible.

    We also were not aware that there were two contract, when we signed the contract with his representatives we gave him all of our information and he never made us aware that there were two separate contracts and we were not aware of this, we thought it was only one contract as it was all with Wyhdham!!

    The contract was not for one year, everyone signs a 2 year contract with Exit By Owner. In addition, you receive two separate monthly bills with two separate account numbers every month with your timeshare. You did not send us both bills each month until recently. Regardless of your false claims, as long as you begin to follow our directions, we will get you out of the timeshare but you need to follow our directions, as you have agreed to.
