    I got the bong dual. Amazing piece!! Sadly my girl knocked it off my coffee table within first 5 hours of having it. Got a solid 4 bowls in. Was very smooth, and definitely cooled hit down as advertised. The ash catcher and middle perk broke, so all I'm left with is the base and the glycerin Coil. Still hits pretty decent, but nowhere near as smooth as with all pieces. If I hadn't spent so much already I would re buy the broken parts! However I'm broke now so will continue using as is. All in all great products and 10/10 will recommend.

    Wish I would of found them sooner. Amazing service reasonable priced considering the world is charging everybody $1 million dollars for everything. We will be collecting all their product just like Pokémon.

    This pipe is possibly the WORST piece ever used, I complained and they said if the attachment doesn't completely come apart and IS functional we won't replace or refund it. So, the fact is your product was made wrong shipped to me for $341.20 and I paid for protection shipping when i specifically removed it. I will be contacting the BBB for a full review of your Greezer garbage, how can u actually refuse a new customers request to replace a glycerin mouth piece, the one with coils gets clogged every other day and doesn't even fit into the base, GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR POLICIES.

    Hi,
    I'm sorry to hear you're unhappy with your coil. After our customer service discussed that the coil we offered gets clogged when it isn't cleaned. The idea of glycerine requires a smaller coil so the smoke interacts with more cold surfaces for longer.

    This was so easy to place my order. Order was fulfilled fast and shipped the next day. Only took 5 days for me to get it from when the shipping label was created. One can only hope for the same service in future.

    The thing leaks from the top where the plug is so I have to make sure is propped up at a certain angle so it doesn't leak.

    I love the Freshetech company! Never any issues. Customer service is great. I have shopped a number of times and purchased three times with everything going absolutely smooth. I can't recommend them enough. I feel safe shopping and buying from Freshetech.

    Did not have a problem in any part of the process. Received my pipe a day before I was expecting it. Packaging was great, everything was in perfect condition. Will be ordering another as a gift soon enough.
