    Not as cold as expected. The advertising hype was not accurate to me. Otherwise a nice pipe I got the smaller one.

    The pipes are beautiful and nice thoughtful design. I have received two and both leak from the black cap on the glycerin reservoir. The replacement for the first even had leaked liquid inside the new packaging when it arrived. I like these pipes and am going to fix them myself.

    The bubbler is great, cool and made it super easy to smoke but it really wasn't worth all the trouble. When I ordered it I paid for 4-5 day delivery, I wanted to gift it was a birthday gift, but I couldn't, of course, because it took almost a week to have it delivered. A 7 day week. I wouldn't mind waiting the extra days if I didn't pay for the faster delivery. They don't have a customer service number so you can't get into to quick contact with them. The bubbler was great customer service not so :/

    An amazing company through and through! I bought the Bong Dual with the ash catcher from them a few months ago. Let me tell you, this thing is a MASTERPIECE! This bong makes smoking very comfortable on my throat and lungs. I could literally smoke all day with virtually no discomfort. Be sure to take good care of it when you buy one. This is definitely a piece you'll be proud to have in your collection for a very long time! Top tier customer service too. They've always been friendly, helpful, and patient whenever I've reached out to them with any questions or comments. Very happy customer!
